Chapter 23 - END

Bendy's P.O.V

"Cuphead?.. what are you--" I was quickly cut off when I felt like I was lifted up and was placed on someone's shoulders. I looked behind to see Cuphead wearing a smile, "sorry kiddos. Looks like someone is gonna kidnap your star for a moment!"

He announced before running off to the back stage with me on his shoulders.

Of course, I protested as I yelled things as him, telling him he's gonna ruin my show but he assured that Boris and Alice will take care of it,

"Wait.. they know about this?" I ask as I held him tight, I heard him chuckle, "yep." He replied. I didn't know why.. but I suddenly feel relieved and happy feeling his touch, seeing his smile and hearing his voice. It somehow soothed me.

"Where.. are you taking me?" I ask as I played with his straw, he giggled, "that tickles.." Cuphead murmurs as he puts me down on a bench. We were.. somehow at the park? Or some place where you can see the full view of Pennwel. It was absolutely gorgeous..

I took off the tutu I was wearing and placed it beside me. I was so glad that he didn't teased me about it.

"Beautiful ain't it?" Cuphead comments as he sits beside me on the bench, "me and mugs found this place in the middle of the night yesterday. I was sleepwalking on my way to find you as soon as we got here."

"Wait.. Mugs is also here?" I ask as I felt my face lit up in joy,

"Yeah, he's with Boris right now. Probably going to help calm the kids down about the.. 'kidnapping' that happened." He chuckles to his own joke while I roll my eyes, "funny Cups. Very funny." I sarcastically say before giggling.

"Hey.. is your ink stable now?" He interrupted as he looks at me with a worried look. He was looking at my skin as he held it gently, "o-oh! Yeah, we managed to get enough money even before the show started. It was mostly because Henry worked for a bit.."

"Thank God.." he sighed in relief, both of us turn our heads to the perfect view of Pennwel.

"Cups.. how were you at home?" I ask as I turn to him slowly and gasp when he took off his coat. Revealing his.. of what looks like an artificial leg..

"C-cuphead what happened to this?!"

"I didn't stop chasing ya.."

My gaze shot back to him and I was greeted by a kiss on the lips.

He pulls away from the kiss and smiled, "and so I still didn't.." he continued as he held my hand tight. I loved how softly he brushed his fingers onto mine. Intertwining our fingers gently as I look up to him.

He was smiling at me, it was then I realized how much crack he has on his skin. Almost every part of his body has crack. I brush my fingers on the crack that was on his cheek, "why weren't this able to fully heal up?"

"Oh.. well the police couldn't find the small specs of pieces so it can't properly heal. The same thing as my leg. Since.. my left was crushed afterwards." He replied with a smile on his face.

"Cups.. I'm so sorry.." I say as I lower my head down and cry, suddenly I felt a hand lift my head up. There I saw Cuphead and he was wearing a wide smile,

"I'm so glad I finally found the you, I kept looking for."

"But.. I thought you said.. this isn't me.."

Cuphead let out a sigh, "you aren't you like before.. but I like this you now."

"You know.. this isn't like you, Cups." I teased as I turn my face away from him, slightly flattered. I wipe my tears and giggled,

"Aww someone's embarrassed~" he cooed as he turns my head to him and kisses me again. It was soft.. gently.. passionate.. loving.. everything about his kisses felt good.

I playfully pushed his away,

"Can't you stop kissing?" I playfully nudge him on his stomach,

"Are you kidding? I just found out you were leaving for what? Forever and now that I've found you, you expect me to not shower you with kisses? Nah."

He leans closer to me again and kissed me. I closed my eyes as I felt loved and safe. Everything felt so right. I'm never going to leave his side again..

No one's P.O.V

"Mugs! Cover Alice's eyes!" Boris yelled loud enough for only his best friend to hear. Mugman quickly covered Alice's eyes, making the little angel rise more questions, "wha-- I WANNA SEE!!!" Alice yelled, completely forgetting that they were sneaking up on Cuphead and Bendy.

"Alice?!" Both Cuphead and Bendy yelled in shock, Mugman and Boris stiffened as they kept themselves hidden in the bush. But Alice suddenly stood up and waved at the two newly couple, "Hello!!!" She greeted.

"Alice?! Why are you here? What about the show?" Bendy asks as he stood up, Alice let out a giggle, "Henry took over!!" She replied as Boris and Mugman was desperately trying to keep their laughter in.

"Why are you in a bush?" Cuphead asked as he stood up as well, picking up his coat on the bench. Alice only looked down at Mugman and Boris who was desperately telling her to don't tell the other two. The bush rustled catching the other two's attention.

Cuphead and Bendy walked over to Alice and peeked in the bush where they found Boris and Mugman,

"We.. can explain?"
