Chapter 1: Meet Mira Queen

oday is my last day living in the castle. It was kinda good getting away far far away from our kingdom,since living with my mom isn't good.

My mom, The Dark Queen, forces me to follow her footsteps. She doesn't get what I feel, I don't want to poison Snow and be locked in a mirror prison.

Why is life so unfair? I always think those things. I don't get it? If my mom wasn't the Dark Queen, people wouldn't run away from me.

Even though I try to be nice around people, they still scream, run and hide.

My thoughts came to a stop when Dad called me. I went down to where he was.

"Mira" He hold my hands and faced me.

"Yes dad?"
"Since it's your last day in our castle why don't you talk to your mom?"

"I-I don't think I can talk to her now. She always talks about destiny."

"Just say you're leaving tommorow. But don't worry I'll be outside waiting. If something goes wrong just call my name,okay?"

I nodded. Dad escorted me to the left side of the castle where mom used to be. It is really creepy at her side since it was full of cobwebs and spiders.

One time when I opened her cabinet I saw human bones and ran freaking out.

We finally stopped at a dark purple old looking door. Dad opened it and I stepped in.

I head towards the mirror where my mom was prisoned.

"Mirror, mirror, on the wall show me my mother." After saying the words, there was a swirling cloud like thing and my mom appeared.

"Hello, deary. What brings you here? Changed your mind to be evil?" Ugh, not that question again.

"No, I just stopped by and wanted to say goodbye to you."

"Goodbye?"
"Yes, I'll be leaving tommorow morning to attend Ever After High." I sighed of the thought everyone running and screaming.

"Alright, just be safe on your way. Even though I'm evil I still love you cause your my daughter."

"Guess I'm going now. I love you mom."

"I love you too sweety." I waved my last goodbye, in fact this isn't the last goodbye. She'll always see me through mirrors.

I walked towards the door and turned my head back and sighed.

"So how did it go?"
"It was fine."
"Okay now go pack you're things. You're leaving 7:00 in the morning."

I nodded and walked down fast to my room. When I noticed dad wasn't behind me. I just left him cause maybe he talked to my mom.

I walked past the family pictures of my mother. Its like all Evil Queen's in our family was looking at me and telling me to follow my destiny.

So I just ran till I reached my room. I grabbed my suitcase and put all my things inside. When I was done, I grabbed my mirror phone and went to my gallery.

I remembered everything since spellemantary. My only friend was Badwolf. Even though he's a villain he's still nice and protective. Till one day I dropped off school because of kids bullying and taunting me.

He was so sad when I left and I was too. But maybe we'll meet at Ever After High again. Then I played a song of Taylor Quick's 22.

While listening I heard a knock on my door. And someone opened it, to see Mrs. Vreeland.

"Your Highness, your dad called you for dinner."

"Oh, just tell him I'll be there a minute." I smiled at her and she smiled back, then closed the door.

I changed my heels into my slippers then changed my dress to Pj's it was okay since it's already dinner time.
I went down stairs and saw dad sitting, waiting for me.

I sat down beside him. We waited till dinner was served. I had roasted turkey for dinner and salad. After eating, I went to dad and said goodnight.

I rushed to my room and brushed my teeth. After brushing, I checked one last time my cabinet to make sure all my things are ready.

I plopped down on my bed and fell fast asleep.
