Chapter 4: Meet Maleficent

Mira's POV
I woke up this afternoon at '3:41', oh oh. I jumped out of bed like a jet plane. I quickly fixed myself and woke up Red.

"Red, wake up. We're going to meet my new friend at fairybucks by four."

"Wait, I'll just fix myself up."
"Okay I'll be waiting outside."
I grabbed my silver purse and put my mirror phone inside. I went outside the door.

A few seconds later I received a hext from Mal.

M: are you ready?
M: yup, I'm just waiting for Red.
M: okay, hext me back when you'll get there.
M: yeah.

"Red are you done?"
"Almost there."
"Alright just hurry up, so we can reserve seats there."
"Okay, now I'm done. Let's go?"

We linked arms together while heading out of school. We reached BookEnd. So I hexted Mal immediately.

M: were close to fairybucks. Where are you?
M: Alright I'm going now order what you like. And remember my trip.

So me and Red went inside fairybucks ordered what we want just like Mal said.

"Two cookies and cream with choco whipped cream."
Me and Red sat down in a table of three. We were waiting for our orders until Red got bored.

"Mira when is your friend coming?"
"In a couple of minutes maybe."
"Our orders nor here yet and your-"

"Oh there she is." I cut her and pointed to a girl with blonde hair w/ green streaks, walking towards the door.

"Mal, over here."
"Hey Mira and Red."

"How do you know my name?" Red asked.

"That, well I know you since Mira told me. I'm Maleficent Thorn, Mira's spellemantary friend. You can call me Mal, and don't worry I won't curse you."

"Well nice to meet you Mal." She smiled. And they shooked each other's hands.

Our orders came.
"One of that please." Mal said.
"Okay now are you two okay with each other?"

"Yes we are." They both said at the same time and laughed. I laughed too.

"So where'd you wanna girls go after drinking."

"Hmmmmm, how about Cindy's shoe store?" I recommend.
"Well that's okay, I also need to buy me pair of boots. Last time I went running through the woods my boots opened."

"Really, next time you should really take care."
"Good thing you and Badwolf didn't cross paths since he lives there." Mal said.

"No, unless it's time to play for our destinies. But I don't care."

"Red's right Mira, we should enjoy before playing our roles."

"Okay, stop with the destinies. I dont want to ruin our day."

They nodded in agreement. Then Mal's order came.
"Let's go girls."
"Wait aren't you going to finish that?"
Red questioned

"No I'll just take it out, wait for me I'll pay." So Mal went to the counter and payed our drinks.

"Done, now let's go."
We went outside and went to Cindy's shoe store, good thing it was 2 stores away.

When we made it we went inside and searched for shoes. I searched in the left corner with black shoes, but I couldn't find what I wanted.

I kept searching till I found something that caught my eye. It was a black shoes with violet glitters below of it. It was so pretty, so I bought it.

I went to Mal and Red.
"So you already picked something?"
"Yes."
"Can I see?"

Red's was: a brown boot with zipper on the side reaching up her ankle.
Mal's was: a white chunky boots with a lace that reached past her knees.

"All of them are so pretty."
"Well how about yours?"

I showed them mine and they appreciate it.
"Mal you'll pay yours and ill pay for me and Red."
"Okay."

"Cindy here it is only separate payment for Mal."
She punched the shoes and put in inside the box, and lastly put it inside a paper bag.

"Thanks Cindy, here's our payment."
We gave her our money.
"Thanks to you three, have a nice day Mira."

I smiled to her and we went out the store.
"Thanks Mira, you payed mine's again. Don't worry I'll pay you back."

"No, it's okay. I don't need no exchange from all these things Red."
She hugged me and I hugged her back.

"So we where do you wanna go next?"
Mal asked.

" Hmmm.....How about the Carnival Fair?" Red suggested.

"Alright, I've never been there."
We three linked arms and giggled, we want to the Carnival.

"Wow this place is so big." I said really amazed it's my first time to go to a Carnival again.

"So who wants to try the Rollercoaster." Red smirked.
"Hep, but first let's take a spellfie!"

I took my mirror phone and opened the camera. We took a simple and wacky spellfies.

"Rollercoaster here we go!" Red grabbed our arms. We bought three tickets and went inside.

We sat next to each other. We were laughing at first, then the ride started, first it was slow, second a little fast, and third it was super fast.

Me and Mal shouted because of terror. I couldn't stand the ride cause it keeps circling and circling. While we were full of terror, Red seems to be enjoying. So we kept screaming and screaming until it ended.

Mal and I felt so dizzy, we walked like drunken people out there.
"Did you guys enjoy?" Red asked.

"No." We looked at her. I feel like I want to vomit. Ugh.
"You should see your faces there." Red laughed and Mal too. While they were busy laughing I bought cotton candies. Mine was like a flower, Mal's was a Briar with Thorn, and Red's was a bread like shape.

"Hey where did Mira go?"
"Here!" I shouted to them to where I was.

"Ooh, cotton candies!" Red said, like she was hungry.
"Okay here's for me, here's for Mal, and here's for you Red." I gave their cotton candies.

We went outside the Carnival with our cotton candies. I took another spellfie of me and Mal, while Redwas in the background eating.

"Hey, it was really fun with you girls. But I gotta go, I have something to do. Bye." Mal waved at us, and we waved back.

"So I guess it leaves the two of us."
Said Red. We giggled again and headed straight the school. We immediately went inside the school.

"Hey Mira let's race to our dorms."
She smirked, oooh I'm always up for racing.

"Let's see." I smirked back.
"On 3....2....1 go!"

We ran through the halls still equal, then next the long staircase. I run as fast as I could through the staircases but Red catched up. Finally I made it, I was still behind her. Until I catches her we were near our dorm.

We're still on the same level. We're almost there and....we have a tie.
"Whoo, that was fun!" I said jumping.
"Yeah, though I felt tired. Let's take a rest."

We went inside our dorms. I quickly changed my dress into a white shirt and black shorts.
"Red, I'll sleep first. And wake me up when it's dinner time."

"Okie dokie." I closed my eyes and when to rest.
