Venus was awoke by a flick in the nose. She looked up to see one of her bestfriends, Kayla staring at her. Venus looked around in confusion "what, we arent even there yet!"
She heard a chuckle to her left, which belonged to Ace.
"You said to wake you up when the trolley witch came?" Venus turned to see the trolley lady waiting by the compartment door. She didnt waste anytime to rush to the trolley. She grabbed as many jelly slugs as she could afford.
"Calm down Black, anyone would think you didnt get fed" looking up to see the voice belonged to Loren Coleman, a stuck up Ravenclaw and her group of followers Holly Flint and Riss Jordan.
"oh hey Loren" venus said with a hint a sarcasm. Loren grabbed a pumpkim pastie amd left.
Venus re-entered the compartment with a smile. "Kayla i saw your favourite person ever" she joked, but kayla looked rather irritated.

Kayla has a strong dislike for Loren because she used to date marcus, and Kayla has a obvious crush on him but she always denies it.

"I wonder who the dark arts teacher will be-" Ace was thrown to the opposite side of the compartment as the train had a sudden stop.

A sudden jolt and the compartment went dark. It got colder and colder, soon a hooded figure glided past the compartment, and opened it. Ace let out a whimper.
"Shh its a dementor" "A wha-" i smacked my hand over his mouth.
It left second later, leaving everyone silence, venus looked over at Ace who absolutely horrified
"Well that was cheerful" Marcus said with a stupid smile on his face, he always managed to be happy which is what venus liked about him.
Venus just laughed "what is so funny about this Ve? we were just attacked" she stopped laughing a turned to Ace.
"Dont be so dramatic we weren't attacked"

At that moment to compartment lit up again and the train began to move again. The rest of the way Ace was being dramatic as always and we talked about the dementors
"What do you think they were doing?"
"Probably looking for Sirius Black." Venus stopped with a jelly slug hanging out of her mouth and turned to Ace. "You dont know about him do you?"

"He is a murder" the words hit venus deep, she realised she got way to ahead of her self. she didnt even stop to think why the dementors are looking for him. "oh."
"Sorry Ve, we know you want to find your family but the man is no good" kayla talked soft, which was unlike her she was usually very stern.
the rest of the ride was fairly silent, but then Venus realised where she heard the name. "the broom cupboard!" Everyone turned to look at her with a questioning look. "the name sirius was ingraved in the broom cupboard! Remember, when we were hiding from filch. He went to hogwarts"
"Okay but he is still no good"
Venus went back to eating her jelly slugs, as Ace watched her with a frown
"Im sorry Ve, i know them muggles are horrible but even if you find out that he is family. He is dangerous and i dont want you to get hurt" Venus rested her head on his shoulder "i know"
