An empty war zone
A blood-covered survivor
Rising from his two day sanctuary
A glimpse at the hiding sun
Feels like forever since seen
A must for thirst
A must for hunger
Poppies covering a dark side
An unstable man
An unstable world

Blooming from the undergrowth
Rising blood of sacrifices
Arms touching petals opening
A win, a fall
On and on
These armies fighting against their own
Mankind, a species that fights only to kill a brother, a sister
A family unable to see eye to eye
A thought with wash over one
A thought about killing bc we're all different l
'Doesn't that make us all the same?'
Hair, eyes, face, body, religion
All different but the same
A judgment that shouldn't not be thought let alone said
We are all the same and only the same
