Chapter 10

My life.

it's all gone.....or at least i thought.

"Harry! Harry wake up!" i heard a voice shout. The person kept on shaking me and i groaned.

"Oh my god! he's awake!" they spoke in excitement.

I slowly sat up because my back had a little pain. My heart seemed to be perfectly fine at the moment. and my head didn't hurt anymore, but I couldn't really see. my vision was blurry so I rubbed my eyes and blinked a few times.

Finally I could see and the first person in sight was "Maria!" I shouted as I stood up to hug her.

"Hello Harry" she chuckled. "Oh goodness I'm glad you're okay"

Her face had the look of concern all over. I knew why. ariana. She wants to ask me where or how she is but I know how she would feel. to be honest I don't know at all, but I am hoping that she's okay.

"I'm glad you're okay too" I forced a smile and gave Maria another hug.

We were outside and thank god the cops came her just in time.

Jack had just woke up and he seemed very confused when the cops handcuffed him, but then I'm sure the realization hit him when he started shouted certain words that weren't pleasant.

"Hey. i think you should go to a certain somebody and thank them for what they've done"

"What-" she turned me around and my eyes widened as I turned as I saw Victoria laying on a gurney.

I ran to her and she smile at me as she took my hand in hers.

"Oh my god! I'm so glad you're alive" I said as I smiled back.

"Harry, i'm fine" she chuckled.

I shook my head and before I could say something she stopped me.

"Look, I'm sorry to put you through all of this, but hey, we made it" a tear streamed down the side of her face and she wiped her eyes and sniffled.

I looked over at her father as he sat in the police car as he stared at me with an angry look on his face.

"Don't worry about my dad. He'll be locked up. I may be his daughter but I am nothing like him." she stated.

I let out a laugh. "I know that for sure"

She looked behind me. "I'm gonna be alright, thanks to Spencer" I turned around to see him.

I faced her again and cleared my throat. "Victoria, before I go, I want to say thank you. it honestly does mean a lot to me"

"Don't mention it" she smiled.

I walked off, to Spencer. I watched as he stared down at his feet as he leaned against the police car.

"I did it to save you" he spoke in a soft tone. I knew what he was talking about. About his plan with jack and all about the past...when he killed them.

I sighed "I know you did"

He looked up and watched me as I leaned against the car.

"I-I just-" he stopped me.

"You don't have to say anything. okay? Before I leave I want to say thank you for believing in me. I owe you-"

"You owed me enough. thank you" I laughed. but I automatically stopped when I realized something. "wait, leave?" I asked and he nodded.

That's when the police came and handcuffed him. My eyes widened as I realized what he had done.

I gulped. "You confessed?"

He didn't say a word, but just gave me a grin, but I realized that it was not just any grin. it was the way Jack grins. evilly.

I was filled with confusion.

"You don't know half of what I am capable of" I watched as his eyes turned into a darker shade of green."this isn't the last you'll be seeing of me"

The cop opened the car door and pushed him in and he told me one last thing that made me even more confused then I already was. Maybe I was wrong about Jack. it made me think...was I wrong about Spencer being the good guy?

"Harry, just watch out" he grinned as the cop closed the door.

"Watch out? watch out for wha-"

*BOOM*

I'm sorry this is short but I just had to update. I have really been busy lately. I think I have 1 or two more chapters left bc this is a short story and I don't know if I should make a sequel because I really don't like the way I worked on this story but I kind of want to keep on going. but for now, bye. thank you for 400 reads :)
