That night after kade came out I was feeling weak, like why couldn't have I told him about me. I kept thinking all night to myself am I ready what's the worst right? So as I woke up I figured I could tell him to make him feel better about him self. As the bus rolled up to my stop I walked on up the steps put my bag down in seat 11 and waited for kade. When the bus stopped at his place he got on smiling like nothing happened yesterday, he approached my seat and sat down took out his earbuds and said "good morning jake" I applied back with the same response and told him I need to talk to him, he said "yes" I was shocked with what you told me yesterday but I..... "I am just like you" I said in a low tone. "Hold on jake" kade said your yes I said gay now don't go around blurting out this you understand I get that your brave and all but im not ready for the world to know. Fine whatever ill keep it between me and you said kade. So as the day went on im guessing kade felt proud and told everyone about himself, me however I was me as normal jake would be.
Later on that day im hearing all kind of gossip about kade if he's really gay and how he's out. I was so proud that he could be out but not me nope, I didn't want gossip or rumors or whatever else comes with coming out. Little did I know how much people could tell I was gay before coming out, (it was crazy everyday I was called queer, and other words, I would go home crying and almost killing myself becuase i knew the truth about myself). At about 2:30 I saw a fight going down, (now everyday theres always a fight but this time I knew who it was.) As i figured it was kade and a bully who I guess wasn't happy for him, I being myself decided to say fuck it and get involed I jumped into the fight and may have lost but believe me the bully had a missing tooth and two black eyes, whos to say I wasn't hurt either I got kicked in ribs and punched in face. In less then 3 mintues the teachers broke it up of course kade was the victim but I fought for him so I got in trouble. Later that day after I got out of office kade came up to me and said "thank you". My respond was your my friend I told you im gonna be there for you. 3...2...1 yes schools over thank god, was my respond to the last bell. As im walking out the door I see kade and hes being a little wierd again he slowy walks toward me and ask me have I ever had a boy friend?
