His father, the only person that loved him out of his mother and him died of cancer when J-Hope was only 6. Ever since then his mother was very abusive torwards him. Ever since his father died, she started to date a lot of guys. All of them abused him. They will always hit him really hard even if they were in front of his mother. His mother just didn't cared about him.They also smoked in front of him, they used J-Hopes shoulders and back as an ash tray. He has a lot of scars on his back and shoulders that he doesn't let just anyone see if he doesn't trust you enough. The neighbors found out and called the childcare organization. Soon after that he was put into an orphanage. After that he learned that he shouldn't trust woman ever again. During the remaining childhood he had... he was bullied and tormented in the orphanage. Yea he indeed had a rough life as a child. At age 18 he left.
