"What is this?" Adam mumbled to himself. He read a note that was hidden in the living room under the door. The note was ripped, burnt and even wet, but somehow this piece of paper was still alive.

As a narrator to this story you are deciding to read, I have to give you some information and some backstory...

Jack had gone missing earlier this month, leaving only his hat as a clue.
It was one day the brothers were walking around New York, the next minute, looking for their missing brother.

Adam showed the mysterious note to the middle brother, Ryan.

"I don't know, but this looks like Jack's hand writing," Ryan whispered as he examined the note.

Adam went back to the living room couch to search his emails and calls for signs of his missing brother. Sadly, they were just the fans around New York calling. Adam sighs, his mission unsuccessful. But he still continued his quest.

After a few hours of calling, texting, more calling, an event happened.

BANG! There was a gunshot. And a scream. Well this is new...

And as a narrator, I will interrupt this story and explain the least logical thing to be doing in this situation; rush to the door.

Adam and Ryan rush to the door to see the most horrifying sight right on their doorstep.
A. Cardboard. Box.
