Chapter 33: A New Friend

*Meanwhile with Twilight*

Twilight and the girls were out together with their Pokemon. Twilight was reading a book while Espeon was sleeping with Pan on her lap sleeping, Sunset Shimmer was writing to Princess Twilight in Equestria while her Houndoom was keeping guard, Pinkie Pie was eating too much sweets and bouncing around with her Totodile was following her every step, Rarity was designing for her upcoming dress with her Glaceon close by, Fluttershy was talking to get Pokemon friends with her Absol close by, Rainbow Dash was reading the Daring Do book with her Jolteon, and Applejack was sleeping by a nearby tree with her Herdier. Suddenly Absol started to get nervous and prancing around and it means something bad was going to happen.

Fluttershy:" Absol, what's wrong is something going to happen."

Suddenly a Pokemon came crashing down to the ground, and that Pokemon was Meloetta.

Meloetta seems to be a femininely anthropomorphic figure with musical bar-style streaks in its hair, quarter notes (crotchets) (♩) for its arms and hands and pupil-less eyes resembling whole notes (semibreves). It has a jewel on its forehead and a black headpiece that seems to be shaped like atreble clef which doubles as an attached microphone such as one often used by singers. Its ovular head seems to be ⅓ its body's height and about half its height in width. In its Aria Forme, it has light blue eyes and flowing, wavy hair with light-blue ovals that resemble whole notes. In its Pirouette Forme, it has auburn hair that seems to be stylized in a high bun and red eyes. In either Forme, its midriff and eyes match its hair. It is a genderless species.

Twilight and the girls were wondering where did this Pokemon came from.

Fluttershy:" It's a Meloetta, it's a really rare Pokemon to be out here."

Suddenly three people came out of the open and it was none other than Team Rocket.

Twilight:" Team Rocket, I've should've known it was you guys."

Fluttershy:" Uh Twilight, who's Team Rocket?"

Twilight:" Their a bunch of bad guys who steal people Pokemon. They tried to take Nebby and Eevee."

Sunset and girls were shocked that these people would do something so cruel. Twilight then gave Pan to Fluttershy to hold her.

Jessie:" Well if it isn't the Nerdy Twerpette, it's too bad that your other friends aren't with you."

Twilight felt her feellings hurt as Jessie said that. Sunset and the girls were mad that Team Rocket would say something mean.

Rainbow Dash:" How dare you say that to Twilight."

James:" We have every right to say what we want. Now if you ladies would be out of our way and hand us over Meloetta."

Twilight then got in front of Meloetta and put her arms in a protective way.

Twilight;" If you want Meloetta, you have to get through me first."

Meloetta got up weakly and saw Twilight protecting her from Team Rocket.

Jessie:" If that's how you want it. Gourgeist teach this girl a lesson."

James:" Inkay, come out to."

Gourgeist and Inkay came out of their Pokeball ready to battle. Twilight and Espeon looked at each other ready to battle.
