It was like we have never been disconnected.

We are the cute couple we were a year ago.

Nothing changed.

"Should I walk you home?" I have been wondering if he wants to spend some more time with me this evening to catch up the time we had to be so far away from each other.

"Of course" I saw him smiling, me smiling back.

I never asked him if he wants to walk me home because I haven't told my parents about Ash and I'm not planing to present my boyfriend to my parents the next time, although it wouldn't be bad to tell my parents that Ash is just a friend so he can come and hang out at my house too. I will wait a bit and overthink it again, before I continue my spontanious plan.

My parents are really strict. They are that kind of parents who want their children to do their homework, only get straight A's on tests and exams and have a flawless curriculum vitae.

It is my dream too, but my parents tend to slightly exagerate with me "being perfect" how they call it. But obviously nobody is perfect, or even can be perfect. You can try but everyone else will interpret it in a different way as you do.

My mother is lawyer and my dad owns his own company, something with marceting.

I never understood why having a boyfriend at the age of 17 is such a big problem and makes a big black point into my curriculum vitae. But until my parents don't find out about Ash and me I don't have to care about it.

We were walking side by side down the street back the way to his house. He reached my hands. I first shrugged but then I got the need to hold his hand too. Feeling butterflys again in my stomach. I can't believe that this was real. It seemed so fake, but it has to be real, because if it isn't real then this would be my biggest nigthmare.

He stopped in a halt at the corner to the street of his house and pulled me close to him, just to lean in and kiss me once more. I can't explain the feeling, its impossible. There are no words for.

While kissing him all those memories we made came up, the journeys to the zoo or to the parks or this funny couple things like putting ice creame on the nose of your boyfriend. Yeah these were the days.

As we stopped he looked me deeply in my eyes. "I missed your beautiful brown-green eyes, they are irreplaceable" I couldn't stop grinning. "I need to tell you so much, what happened the past year. The boys changed, they became these manly adults now. And the band is going on well. We got a big record deal for two years. But there is one thing I need to tell you..."

"What is it Ash?" he seemed a bit frustrated, but before he went on again he faked a big smile.

"Welcome home Laura I missed you so much!" he hugged me like he had to hide something. It was really akward. Then he reached my hand and we went ahead to his house. He opened the frontdoor with his key and reached my hand again as we were both in. He shut the door close and fell upon me. Kissing me everywere as his mother stepped in to welcome me too.

"Oh! Uh! I'm really sorry..I just wanted to welcome you Laura!" She had one hand in front of her face to protect her eyes to don't see whatever Ashton and I wanted to do. Althought we had already stopped. As she recognised she put her arm down and started asking

"How are you Laura? How was the year in England"

I gave Ashton a look because I told him to don't tell anyone about where I went. But he did.

"I'm fine thanks. It has been a really cool time. But I missed Ashton so much." After finshing my sentence I hugged Ash to show how much I still loved him.
