Chapter 6:
When we got back up to the house l let go Of Cam, "I'm going to go find Matt." He looked at me and said, "Ok I'll text u later"I smiled and walked in the kitchen. " Hey have you seen Matt?" Nash looked at me, "Nope". I turned around and searched for Naomi. I couldn't find her either and more and more people were showing up so I decided to just leave. The next morning I got up and drove to Naomi's house, because I figured she got drunk last night. I walked in and went to her bed and sat down, " Hey wake up!" She opened her eyes and threw a pillow at me. "Hey!" "Where were you last night?" "See.. That's the thing-but wait how was your night?" "It was really good, me and Cam walked down the beach, and he told me he liked me" I said and blushed. "But I really wanted to spend time with Matt.." I said. "But you like Cameron right?" "Yeah, I guess so."" But I mean... Matt.." "You said it yourself, you like Cam, don't stress it."" Ok yeah. So how was your night?! Where were you." " Well, it's a long story but I was with Matt. We were hanging out by the beach." WHAT? How is she going to tell me that i don't like Matt and that she does?It's only been what one day and she's hit on Taylor, Jack, Nash and now Matt?! And she's spent more time with my best friend morethen me!I mean it's not like I'm jealous or anything... I just don't want Matt to get hurt, Naomi does this with every guy. I calmed down and said,"What do you mean" . "I kinda like him, that's ok right? He's so sweet, and..." She kept talking and I zoned her out. Why did I care so much?I liked Cameron not Matt.. I made something up and left her house. There is no way that actually just happened I thought. I decided to go spend time with Cameron to get to know him better and focus on something else but Matt. We decided to meet at my house and chose to go back to the beach again. When he picked me up the first thing he said was, "You look gorgeous!" "You don't look to bad yourself!" I said and smiled. I was wearing a black bikini and a loose net cardi and he didn't have a shirt on. We walked to the beach from my house holding hands. I was so nervous but Cameron made me feel good. On the way to the beach he talked all about magcon and touring. There was so much more to just touring and having fun.A lot came with it.when we got there we sat in the sand, looking at the beach, " So enough about me, what about you?" "We'll, for starters, when my dad left us Matt was there for me.We were only 9 and I didn't understand what happened. I thought I was fine after I moved and left him and home, but I know I'm way better with him here. And you." I smiled and looked up at him. " I care about you a lot" I said. "I will always be here for you Elle." He hugged me and we got up and started to walk in the water. It was so cold and he started to splash me. "Hey!"I laughed and splash him back and he walked toward me. I pulled his waist closer to me. I looked up at him, and we smiled at each other he moved a piece of my hair and leaned in and slowly kissed me.
