Glitch's POV
A week later
It's fun here at the Stark's tower. I 've met new friend and they're really cool. Without them I will be in the streets or maybe back at my father's lab. I'm starting to get attached to mr.Stark, i think of him as a father figure. He's very fun to hang out with, together with the avenger. Thor became my bestfriend here. But i haven't see Peter for a while now.
Right now i'm teleporting to where mr. Stark is working which is the lab. I teleported and see he's screwing something on what i assume a suit. I teleported to his side and spoke.
"Hey, mr. Stark! What are you doing?!" I exclaimed
"Sh*---Kid, you can't just scare me like that!" He said and signed.
"Sorry mr. Stark" i said
"It' okay kid, i'm just busy right now" he said went back to work.
"So what are you doing?" I asked sitting on the working table
"I'm upgrading my suit" he said simply not looking up at me
"For what?" I asked again
"To have more functions and control" he said still not looking.
I look around and saw a computer. I walk to it and pulled a chair with my powers. I sat on it and stare at the monitor. It started beeping and i stood up. Mr. Stark started walking towards the computer.
"What did you do?!" He yelled and started pushing buttons
"I didn't do anything. I swear , i was just staring at the monitor" i said
"It's gonna delete every program, sh*t" he said slammed his hands on the keyboard.
I look at the screen and its typing words fast. I think i saw this before i just i have to remember the keys that my dad pushes. Think... Think... Think... I got it!
"I got it! Let me try" i said and move towards the keyboard.
"Dad pushes this, this, this and... i think its...uh this" i said while i pushed the keys.
It worked... it's back to normal...
"H--how did you do that?" Mr. Stark asked
"I remembered what my father do when the computer did something like that" i said
"So i haven't saw Peter lately where is he?" I asked seating on the chair again
"He's at school. He's studying" he said and went back to work
"What's a school?" I asked
"School is where students or someone like you study to learn you know" he said looking up at me
"Oh, like what the scientist do. They study too in a lab... and they study on human beings... like me" i said as i remembered everything again
"Hey kid don't be sad. I promise that they won't get you" he whispered and embrace me in a big warm hug.
"Thank you mr. Stark" i said as i hugged back.
"So can i see Peter?" I asked
"It's your decision, but if your going just be careful. Okay?" He said
"Oh and where do Peter live? Where do he study?" I asked
"He lives in the apartment complex, he study in midtown highschool" he said said
"And where is that?" I asked
"You sure have a lot of question kid, but here" he said as a hologram map of the city ,i guess? Appear
"Here is his apartment, and this is the midtown high school" he said as he pointed to places.
"Do you think he's at his apartment?"
"He's probably still in school but it will end just a couple od minutes "
"Okay, i 'm going to school maybe we can hangout"
"Sure kid, just be careful" he said
"Bye" i said and teleported to the an alley near the school.
"So which way do i go? Left or right?" I asked myself
"Left it is" i said and started walking that way.
Not even 5 minutes the school is in my sight. I walk a little bit more further and saw Peter walking by himself. I teleported behind him making sure people doesn't notice. I covered his eyes as he stops walking.
"Guess who" i said
"Uh... the girl with no name, i guess?" He said unsure what to answer
"Not anymore, i'm Glitch. Nice to meet you again peter" i said and patted his back
"Oh, so what are you doing here?" He asked
"I'm just wondering you know and ----" i stopped in mid sentence when i saw one of dad's men saw me.
"We got to go" i said still looking at the man , i start to pull Peter towards an alley.
"Wh-what? Why?" He asked as he stumbled from his own foot.
"We have no time" i said as i dragged Peter behind a dumpster.
"Wha----" he rried to speak but i covered his mouth with my hand.
I heard foot steps getting closer. Peter started squirming getting away from my grasp. So i let go of him and he fell from our hiding place. One of the men had grabbed him by his shirt. He was raised in the air and punched repeatedly but i can't do anything. I hid behind some garbage bags to hide even more.
"Where's girly you are with?" One of the men said
"I'm not telling you" Peter said
"You tell us or you die"
"No!" peter yelled and punched the guy. As peter wiped the blood from his mouth
"Oh you want it the hard way" the other man said
"Give me all you got" Peter said looking straight to the guy infront of him
"if that's what you want"
Peter tried to punch the guy but failed. He is kicked on the abdomen. I got an idea...
"Hey!" I yelled as peter's eyes widen
"No, don't go near her!" Peter yelled as they dropped him in to ground.
"Come here get me!" I said and started running towards the fire exit.
"Glitch stop! What are you doing?!" Peter yelled as i arrived at the third storie of the stairs.
"I know what i'm doing!" I yelled down
"Come and get me!"
I hold on to the railing ,closed my eyes and focused. Seconds later i heard them screamed and fell...
I jump down to peter as he laid there on his back.
"Are you okay?" I asked
"I'm fine "he said
"We have to go, just hold on" i said and hold into his hand.
"Where do you live?" I asked
"I leave at (i don't know where) " he said
"I'll bring you there" i said and focused where to go.
We teleported to his apartment and laid him down.
"Bye peter. Sorry for leading you to this messed" i said and kissed his forehead as he passed out.
I teleported back to the tower and stare at the open space.
