Tony's POV
So i decided that she can stay here for a while, here at the Starks tower. Peter is already up and headed back home. I'm now working on a new suit prototype. I look around and see 'kiddo' wondering around the lab looking at the windows. that kid seriously needed a name. I slowly made my way to her planning to scare her. I sneak to her back and 1... 2... 3--
"I know what you're planning mr. Stark" she said still looking at the window
"You need a name kid" i said
"Do you think they can find me here?" She asked i heard her voice cracking
"Who?" I asked but i knew who
"Them" she said pointing to a black truck
"That's them" she adds still staring at the black truck
"So do you want to talk about your name? Make your name?" I tried to change the subject so she can relax
"Uh... sure" she said
"But before that let's meet the avengers" i said pushing a button to open the elevator.
"Who's the avengers?" She asked following me in the elevator.
"You don't know?" I asked
"It's my first time going outside. I've been isolated for my whole life. Except for my imaginary friends they told me that outside world is colorful and awesome but again it's imaginary and that means they're not real" she said and signing loudly
"Come on let's meet them" i said as the elevator doors open. We exited the elevator and made our way to the living room.
As we arrived to the living room where the avengers are sitting and chatting of who knows what. They looked at me and stared.
"Who's that?!" Steve asked
"This is----" before i even introduce her she teleported behind me.
"Come on kid , they're not gonna know you if you hide. So come one come out" i said
"Hi, i'm Natasha . Nice to meet you" Natasha introduced herself shaking her hands.
"H-hi" she said stepping out behind me.
"As you know she doesn't have a name so we need help" i said
"Is she the girl in the news?" Thor said placing his hammer on the coffee table
"Yeah, but we need to hide her. She's in danger" i said puting a hand on her back
"So what do you need help with?" Steve asked
"She needs a name" i said pointing at a chair she can seat on
"So what can you do kid?" Thor asked putting his feet on the table.
"I can te-teleport anywhere, i guess" she said teleporting to my side, beside cap, and back to where she was.
"I can fly and i have telekinesis" she said levitate and at the same time carried the coffee table.
"Anything else?" Natasha asked
"This" she said and poke Steve on the shoulder shocking him making us.
"How did you do that kid?" Steve exclaimed holding hia shoulder.
"I don't --" Thor cut her off
"Let's call her virus" he said
"That's awful" i said
"How 'bout electric girl" Steve said
"That's even worst" Natasha said chuckling
"Well how about Glitch" Thor recommended
"I like that" she said
"Glitch it is" i said
"So you worthy enough?" Thor asked playfully punching kid. Or should i say Glitch
"I don't know" she said
"Let's see if you can lift my hammer here" he said pointing to the coffee table.
"I guess?" She said unsure of what she gonna do
"Come on kid let's see" i said
She nod and grab the handle. First she is struggling because she not in the right position.
"You can step on the coffee table" i said
"Are you sure it won't break?" She asked
"Even if it breaks i'll just buy a new one" i said resuringly
We all watched as she tried pulling the hammer off the table. She started floating in the air still holding on to the hammer. Thor laughing that the attemp. But the unexpected happened, the hammer gave out and let go. We stared at it with our mouth wide open. Especially Thor's.
"Okay Thor i think your not just the one and only worthy here " Natasha tease.
"Do you all did this, when you first came here?" Glitch asked
"No kid, but we tried and failed" Steve said
"Give me that, kid. as a reward-" Thor started to think of a reward but Glitch didn't gave the hammer.
"You get to cook us breakfast, lunch and dinner" he finished
"Cool, that's awesome! I might accidentally burn this place down but it's better than the "reward" my dad always gave me" she said happily
"But cooking is cool" she then sat beside Thor and played with the hammer in her hands.
"if you don't mind me asking. What's your reward your dad gave you ?" Natasha asked sitting beside her
" he always put me into a chamber filled with ice water, he will lock me there for about half an hour . He always do that to me if i didn't behave very well. If i'm well behave for an experiment he will gave me what i want but not freedom." She said lean into the couch giving the hammer back to Thor.
"Sorry for that kid" Steve said
"It's okay because i have you guys. You guys are my friends, right?" She said looking at everyone and lastly me
"We're your family kid" i said .
"Okay because we are a family. you kid, cook me some mac 'n cheese. Go,go to the kitchen, that's an order from a God. I'm such Tony got the ingredients in one of the cabinets there." Thor orders As he pushes Glitch to the kitchen
"I don't even know what's mac 'n cheese" she said giggling as Thor picked her up
"Tony will help you don't worry" he said
"Okay" she said pulled to the kitchen.
This kid is starting to warm up with us. I think I'm gonna be attach to this kid. Well let's see how this goes...
