"what do you want. Are you going to try and defend her too? i'm sick of this, Ever, i'm sick of this and i'm sick of her. Just leave me alone, please." Jaden said, still half sobbing.
"Jaden, are you seriously going to cry over a boy?, Thats not the Jaden i know. Plus, you don't know if its true, Do you really think Caleb would do that?, answer me." Ever asked in a kind, almost motherly tone.
"maybe." she sniffled.
"Are you kidding me!? this is Caleb we're talking about. Caleb Westwood. That boy wouldn't hurt a fly. And he likes you not her. Remember that. He asked you to prom not her. And lastly, you. Yes you, are his girlfriend. Look, if you really need to be reassured why don't you just ask him. That boy doesn't lie. Listen to me Jade. He wouldn't hurt you. Don't give into that snake's lies, she's just trying to get a piece of you. Now enough tears and let's go back inside." Ever said reassuringly.
Jade couldn't let out any other words. She was so overwhelmed to a point that the only words she could let out was "okay".
Jaden and Ever walked back inside the school .as soon as Jaden stepped in she saw Caleb running towards her, with a concerned look.

"Are you okay?" He asked with a soft voice.
"...yeah."
"You don't seriously believe what she says, right?" he asked.
"...maybe,... no, i mean.. i don't..." she answers hesitantly.
"...You've got to be kidding me." he buries his face in his hands.
Jaden doesn't reply.
" i love you. And the fact that you don't think i do means i'm not showing you that i do, From now on, i'll let my actions speak for themselves, i'll show you that i do. Okay?" Caleb said in the sweetest, softest, and most modest way he could.
