Jayda Miller seemed like a pretty normal teenage girl to the people around her, for the most part anyway. She'd take an unnecessary amount of selfies, re-apply make-up every 5 minutes and fan-girled over Justin Bieber.
Except what no one knew, not even her best-friends, was that she was bisexual.
For her whole life, she never seemed to worry.
Her mom always said that she was "living in the moment" and that "The only reason she never really worried is because everything happens for a reason" and "What happens in the future, happens. You've just got to deal with it when it comes".
The truth is that Jayda didn't worry!
But the thought of coming out as LGBT was terrifying to her, what if no one accepted her?
You see, although same sex marriage was legal in her state, Colorado, no one she knew accepted it, or at least that's what she thought!
Her mom would always complain if there was LGBT characters on TV, her pen pal always made homophobic remarks and her friends used the word 'Gay' as if it was an insult.
So for Jayda to come out, It'd have to take a lot of courage and a lot of speaking from her heart.
She had realised around 8 years ago that she also liked girls, and now the time had come for her to express her feeling to her friends and family...
