just based off of the title, you probably know who i mean:
WENDELL ANDRE CARTER JR.
he is still undecided about whether or not to declare for the draft. the draft deadline is in eight or so days, and i'm so nervous! i really want him to come back. it would be so beneficial to have a player from this year's starting five coming back next year (and the other three freshman have declared, and grayson is graduating). we will be so good next year, but we'll be even better if wendell stays for at least one more year.
at the same time, he is so talented and has so much to offer. he spent a lot of this year in marvin's shadow, but he really did make a name for himself. an offensive and defensive presence, he helped us win many games. he was robbed this year [i really don't care, i will never let anyone forget that it was a C H A R G E].
i've been checking the Instagram page every few hours just to make sure he hasn't declared yet lol
let's see what the next eight days brings!!
