Chapter-5

Your POV

The dog wouldn't stop barking. A minute went by then something strange happened, the dog SMILED at you. It wasn't just any smile it was the creepiest smile you could think of except ON A DOG! You sat there in the tree and saw the worried look on Hoodie's face as Maskey began to look confused.
"WHO IS UP THERE!" you heard Maskey yell,"I KNOW SOMEONE IS UP THERE SINCE THERE ISN'T ANY ANIMALS IN THESE WOODS!" He sounded angry. Hoodie attempted to stop him saying it was just nothing, but Maskey pushed him out of the way. He pulled out a knife and came to the base of the tree you were in and looked up. Luckily you were hiding by a branch so he didn't see you, until a drop of blood fell from your head and landed on the tip of his knife.
"Who are you hiding Hoodie?" Maskey asked starring at Hoodie with a huge smile.
"Come down (y/n).) Hoodie said with a soft, but sad voice. You climbed down from the tree, only to be tackled by Maskey. He held the knife to your eye and said,
"I'll make you just like my friend EJ if your not carful." He then proceeded to laugh right in your face as you tried not to move. He then put away his knife but didn't get off of you.
"Dude, please leave her alone." Hoodie begged.
"Your not dating are you?" Maskey asked.
"No." He replied blushing.
"Great." Maskey had a look on his face that frightened you. He leaned down way to close to your face while he was holding your waist and attempted to kiss you when Hoodie kicked him right in the ribs. He rolled off you in pain as Hoodie helped you up.
"You ok?" Hoodie asked. You didn't say anything but nodded your head yes.
"Come on let's go get your head bandaged up." He had sympathy in his voice. The whole walk was silent until you saw the mansion again. You stood eyes widened in disbelief, realizing that Hoodie, the person who just saved you lived with the people you were trying to run from. You look over to see Hoodie holding a rope in his hands.
"W-what are you doing?" You had a scared tone as you spoke.
"Don't worry, I'm just going to tie your hands so they don't get suspicious. Humans aren't really meant to be here." Hoodie saw the look of uncertainty you had with his plan.
"I'll untie you once we get to my room. You have nothing to worry about." You sighed as you let Hoodie tie your hands together. You then walked with him inside.
"Where is everyone?" Hoodie asked to no one in particular. You two continued to walk up the stairs to his room, where he closed the door and locked it. Hoodie proceeded to pull out his knife, sending a wave of fear through you. You fell to the floor as Hoodie walked up to you with the knife.
"Calm down (y/n) I'm just going to cut the rope." His choice of words would have been super harsh if he hadn't of said it so sweetly. He cut the rope then you smiled, jumped up, and hugged him.

Hoodie's POV

She looked so scared, so helpless as she just laid there not fighting back when Maskey attacked her. I saw that she needed help. Maskey was about to kiss her when I kicked him in the ribs, making him fall off her.I helped her up off the ground while Maskey laid there in pain.
"You ok?" I asked her. All she did was nod. God she was pretty. I'm glad I didn't hurt her earlier. I decided that I didn't want to part ways, and took her back to the mansion. There was only one problem, I had to tie her up. There weren't any missions given out on Saturdays so almost everyone would be home.
"W-what are you doing?" She asked, God I can't do this to her. But if I don't the others might try to do what Maskey did.
"Don't worry, I'm just going to tie your hands so they don't get suspicious. Humans aren't really meant to be here." I was trying to reassure her but it didn't work to well.
"I'll untie you once we get to my room. You have nothing to worry about." She seemed a little less scared now.I tied her up, making sure it wasn't too tight around her wrist, I had noticed that there were some self-harm scars and a fresh wound around each wrist, and we walked in.
"Where is everyone?" I was speaking to no one in particular. It seemed odd that no one was in the living room, but I shrugged it off and continued to walk up the stairs to my room. I closed and locked the door behind us so no one could get in and take her. I pulled out my knife to cut the rope and she jumped back landing on the floor.
"Calm down (y/n) I'm just going to cut the rope." I tried to make my words seem nicer than they did but she relaxed so I think she got the message. I cut the rope and she smiled, jumped up off the ground, and gave me a bear hug. I could feel myself blushing as she wrapped her arms around my torso. Not wanting the hug to end, I wrapped my arms around her as there was a loud knock at my door.
"HOODIE YOU IDIOT YOU REALLY SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT!"
Crap it was Maskey and he sounded really mad. I had to think of a way to hide (y/n).
