What!? Todoroki has a villainous brother!? Believe or not Folks, he does, which leads on to the following question of this chapter:
How are Dabi and Todoroki related?:
Well, even though I should start from when he's a child, let me first point this out as something in keep in mind throughout this Chapter:

Okay, after rewatching season 2 and listening carefully, this actually surprised me to know Shouto (or Todoroki) even had siblings. Then in the next part, he compares all of them and qoutes Todoroki, "You are my great Masterpiece!" Which means mostly, the other children must've displeased him and therefore declared failures in his 'mission'. Why I say that? It seems like maybe they weren't successful to their fathers wishes and then abandoned them to create more until he finally got what he wanted. This strongly hints, and hopefully you all noticed or know this, but, in order for Todoroki and Dabi to not be Brothers by the same mother, Endeavor must've been playing several woman to see which one would give birth to the "perfect" child, the one that'll overpass All Might and finish the work he never did. That's when Todoroki was born. Out of his siblings, Todoroki might be the youngest, considering he was born after his two brothers and one sister. Getting back on track, since Todoroki was five, his father trained him very harshly, was why this? For those of you new to My Hero Academia, Endeavor wanted to beat All Might more than anything. He wanted to be the 1# hero getting all the praise and glory, but as expected, All Might made 1# hero while Endeavor made 2# hero. Ever since, he's been determinded to surpass him one day, even if it meant deceiving Todoroki's mother. After abusing her so much, one day by mistake, when she saw Todoroki's left side (which reminded her of Endeavor) she threw boiling water at that side of his face. She is sorry for what happened, but Endeavor then sent her to a hospital after that, separating him from his mother for years. Todoroki has forgiven her for it and now regularly visits her. Since he was a child though, Todoroki has held a grudge against his father for holding him back in life, instead of letting him live his age, he trained him to be just like him. When his mother tried to intervene a couple of times, you guys know how that ends. Now, even though his brothers aren't mentioned much, we do know he has two older brothers, and because his father always separates him from them to do training, we don't see much interaction with them. Later in the series, or rather Manga, Endeavor did promise Todoroki he would become a better man, what's unsure of yet is when, how, and if he'll present the same behavior towards the rest of the family. Now..........onto Dabi's history, If I can provide enough.........
Not much is said about his childhood, yet, but possibly, maybe, he was one of the children that Endeavor separated Todoroki from to do training in the flashback chapter. Why do I say this? Well, kirishima has been proven in the manga in Chapter 144 to originally have black hair, like this:
