Huh.........I never really thought about the Villains in this anime deciding to turn over a new leaf and help the Heroes, much alone I don't even pay attention to them sometimes. However, a very good question was brought up here! In this Chapter, we're gonna decide:
Can Dabi and Spinner be redeemed as teammates for the Heroes?
Possibly, but then again, they are villains, and usually they don't give in so easily unless they're forced to or feel they have nothing left. To start off this question, let's think hard on when the League of Villains first attacked the Heroes. It was a sneak attack on their camp base, right? Well, first person I wanna talk about is Spinner.
Let's go back to what started to heat up the excitement in Season 3, the assault by the League of Villains at the camp. In Episodes 5 to 7, is where both Spinner and Dabi show some type of proof of maybe pitying one of the heroes from the U.A. group. For Spinner, he proves his point in Chapter 78:

So Spinner, even if he wanted to kill Deku, couldn't. This is because since Deku was seen as a True Hero from Stain, who only wanted All Might to kill him, Spinner greatly respects Stain and his wishes. So that's why Spinner stopped Mag from killing him. At least then. Since he trusted him back then, he'll probably trust him again now. Now. Why does Stain spare him as a "True Hero" like All Might?
