I sit up on the bed and look at Marcus. "I'm gonna go shower." I tell him and get off of the bed. I walk to the bathroom and step into the shower, turning it on and turning the nob to see how hot I can handle the water. Once I get the shower as I could take it, I take a normal shower and shave everything that I need to shave. When I step out of the shower I wrap my hair in a towel and wrap my body in a towel and walk into the bedroom. I don't see any sign of Marcus, so I walk over to the door and lock it, since we still have guests over. When I finish drying myself, putting lotion on and putting the towels in the hamper, I go into the closet to get dressed. I put on some simple short-shorts and simple white crop-top tank-top that hugs my chest. Then I brush my hair and put minimal makeup, such as eyeliner, mascara, fill in my eyebrows, and put on a thin layer of foundation. I slide on some white sandals with straps on the back, put on deodorant and head down stairs.

As I walk down stairs, I can hear Marcus and Miguel talking.

"Next time, you guys shouldn't be so loud." I hear Miguel say quietly as I get closer to the kitchen.

Marcus laughs through his nostrils. "Man, we were fine. We weren't even being that loud." He says.

"No, you guys were pretty loud. I can't imagine what Xavier would do or say if he was awake and heard. He's such a little perv." Miguel sighs.

Marcus stays quiet for a little so I decide to take the opportunity and walk in, pretending like I didn't hear anything. Marcus is standing at the breakfast bar, leaning his arms on it and Miguel is sitting on the opposite side.

"Good morning." I say to both of them and take a seat next to Miguel.

"You're in a good mood." Marcus comments and smirks at me, then replaces it with a normal expression when Miguel looks at him.

"I'm always in a good mood." I say and rest my arms on the counter top.

Marcus nods his head. "Except for last night." He mumbles and then looks away.

I roll my eyes at him. "I already explained to you, but everything's fine now. Do you have something to eat?" I ask him.

"You act like you don't live here. You can look around and see what there is to eat, babe." He says softly and then sits on the bar stool.

I groan and roll my head back. "Marcus." I say, extending his name. "I asked you for a reason." I complain and then get up and open his fridge.

Just as I open it, I get a call from my mom, so I answer.

"Hey, mom." I say sweetly and stare into Marcus' fridge, searching for something to eat.

"Hey, nena. What are you up to?" She asks me. I can hear a pot sizzling in the background, making me even more hungry.

"Nothing, really. I'm just looking for something to eat 'cause Marcus doesn't want to cook anything for me." I complain loudly so I know Marcus heard me.

"You didn't specifically ask me to cook anything!" Marcus exclaims loudly, making sure my mom heard him.

She giggles and then lets out a playful sigh. "Well, I'm here cooking some scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns, you guys are more then welcome to come join us." She says sweetly.

I smile and pick out a couple of eggs, cilantro and cheese to make myself an omelette. "It's okay, mom. Marcus has his friends over and one of them isn't even awake yet, so I'll just make myself something here." I say softly.

"Oh, baby. His friends can come too. I'll wait for you guys." She says.

I smile and then turn back to Marcus and Miguel. "My mom wants to know if you guys want to come over for breakfast. She's making scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns." I tell them.
