Chapter 10: Bestfriends

Jimin's POV

It was so fun being with her.

I wish it will never end.

We talked a lot and got more closer.

I missed her so much.

I think I should confess now.

Jimin:"Actually, there's something I have to confess to you......"

???:"oh.... sure.... go ahead....."

Jimin:".... but before that, I need you to tell me the truth okay?"

She nods.

Jimin:"I......"

Jimin:"I..... uhm..... I li-....."

Choon hee:"you're what?!"

Jimin:"I am your best friend...."

Screw it, I can't.... I can't tell her..... that I like her.... not yet

???:".... hahaha!!! ....very funny jimin"

Jimin:"...... choon hee.... I'm serious....."

Choon hee:"what do you mean you're my best friend?"

She was confused at first but finally figured it out.

Choon hee:"w-wait..... you mean you're mochi?!! you're my best friend??!"

Jimin:"yeah.... wait... mochi?"

Choon hee:"....yeah... that's the thing I remember about him the most, he looks like a mochi.... *squeezes my cheeks* you really are my best friend...."

Then she hugs me.

Jimin:"woah--"

Choon hee:"do you know how much I've missed you??!!! I always wished I can see you and that you were always healthy and happy even if I'm not there with you.... I missed you"

Jimin:".... I missed you a lot too.... since you left, no one cheered me up like you did...."

Choon hee:"well same here...... but I actually never thought that it would be you.... how'd you even know it really is me?"

Jimin:"well, first, we have the same story of our childhood. And second, you look a lot like what I remember you were.... still beautiful as ever...."

Wait.... did I just compliment her?!

What the hell is wrong with me today?

She got so flustered right now. So cute.

Choon hee:"well, why don't we catch up a bit, best friend..." she said breaking the awkward silence.

Then, we talked a lot about what we did since we parted ways. I never knew she also missed me that much.

We talked for what seemed like hours already.

Jimin:"oh do you remember my dog?"

Choon hee:"of course!!! How can I forget such a lovely dog.... and we raised him together.... and we grew up with him...."

Jimin:"..... but..... he's.... uhm.... in heaven now...."

Choon hee:"...what? Oh.... I'm sorry jimin...." she looked sad.

Jimin:"I really hope his happy up there and watching us right now...." then I looked up thinking of him.

Choon hee:"yeah.... me too...... I miss him.... he didn't even say goodbye to me...." she said while a tear escaped her face.
