ALYSON'S POV

We have to win this competition. That's why I called Sam for practice at my place.

" I will text you the address later,Zion. ' I say softly.
' Sure. I will see you at 7? ' He says.

' Cool Zion.' I reply.

We then bid our byes and I make my way towards Cafeteria to meet my friends. They are sitting at their usual seat. Jay, Evan and Sam? Wait, Sam? I thought we were not talking. I walk up to them.

' I was not aware of Zion singing so good.' Jay says.

' Neither was I' I reply honestly.

I see Sam typing on his phone trying to uninvolve in the convo. Evan opens up his mouth. NOOOOO EVAN NOOO.

'You both sound perfect together. I see you both up singing in a concert. Wait, your own concert.' He says moving his hands dramatically.  Our drama king.

' um. I dont know what to say. Thanks Evan.'
'Have you decided the song?' Jade asks.
'Not yet.' I reply.

its 6:30 and i have not even changed my clothes . i quicky walk inside my closet and change my clothes.

I comb my hair and suddenly the door bell rings.I run towards the door and open it and I see a smiling Zion standing there.
'Hey!' He states. I nod in approval and tell him to follow me.
'You've got a great house' he says in acknowledgement.
'Thanks Zion.' I reply with a smile.
We then go to my music room.
'Woah. A music room.' He says clearly surprised.
' umm yes. I love music that's why my parents decided to make a music room for me and my sis.' I reply
'You have a sister?' He asks.
'Yes, I do.' I reply with a smile thinking about Ana.
'which song do you wanna sing?' Zion asks .
' Closer?' I say
'Nuh. What about We don't talk anymore?' he says
'Nope. That's song is now boring.'
We then check the latest duo songs.
' Omgg..I found the best song.' He says with excitement.
' FOR YOU' We both yell together and start laughing.

Suddenly the door bell rings and I go to the door and open it to see Sam.?
'hey sam.' I greet him with a smile.
' Hey babe. Wanna hang out?' he asks
'Sorry. I can't!' I reply with a frown.
'What is wrong with you! Why are u trying to put distance in between us.?' He says rudely.
'Actually...' I say. But suddenly his eyes moves a lil and settles upon something. I turn and see Zion there.
'Umm  hey.' Zion greets Sam.
Sam completely ignores him and turns to me.
'So he is the reason you are avoiding me and planning to cancel our plan. What the hell is this happening!' He shouts at me .
' First of all,it wasn't our plan. And if you would have told me earlier I would have practiced later.' I state
' Leave it. I know your reputation is more important than spending time with your boyfriend. ' Sam states.
Alyson hold your tears.
' My reputation!!! I am not doing this for my reputation Sam.' I am totally shouting right now and tears have started rolling down my face.  ' it's for our school. '
'So, you are trying to prove me wrong.' he says.
' Sam , I am not lying. Trust me. ' I say, ' Oops I forgot that you don't do trust me.' I say with disappointment in my voice .
Sam moves a step forwards and at the same time I take a step back but suddenly finds myself colliding with Zion. He quickly holds my waist and help me to stand.
' Thank you.' I say without seeing his face.
'Sorry' I say to them and run to my room.
