Chapter 14

“We’re cooking!” I said.

“I don’t know how to cook.” Nic said.

“Sinong nagsabing pati ikaw? Only me and Bambam. You just have to wait in here. Right Bambam?”

“Right kuya,” Tapos binuhat ko na si Bambam papunta sa kusina nila Nicole.

*fast forward*

“We’re back!” I said.

“Ate are you hungry?” Bambam said.

“Yup. I wanna taste your dish baby.” Nic said.

“Oy Andrei! Ano yang niluto nyo? Ang tagal e.” She’s really a whiner. :|

“Ito na in 3.. 2.. 1!”

“Seafood Carbonara!!” Bambam said cheerfully.

“Whoa. How’d you know?” She looked really shocked and amazed at the same time.

“I have my sources. :P C’mon have a bite. Don’t worry, it’s clean.” I said.

“Thank you for this day Andrei and also to you Bambam.” Then she smiled. A very sweet smile. Alam ko hindi pilit.

“We  just want to cheer you up. Tikman mo na ‘to dali!”

“Akin na!” I hope she’ll like it. Bago ako umalis kanina tinanong ko na kay Claire favourite niya. HAHAHA!

“Mmmm. I love it!” She said.

“Huh? Yung? Ako ba??” I said shocked.

“Wahahahaha! Nakakatawa ka talaga itong carbonara yung sinasabi ko. Sira!” She said. Akala ko naman..

“Ang galing ni Bambam.” She said again.

“Teka, paano naman daw ako?”

“Hahaha. Just kiddibg. Galing mo din.”

“Syempre, ako pa!”

“Yabang.”

“Haha. Hindi naman. Napasaya k aba naming kahit konti lang?”

“Oo naman. Pero di ko pa masasabing okay na talaga ako. I need more time to move on. But atleast now I feel better.”

“Basta, if you need someone to talk to, Bambam ang I are always here. I know it’s a long process.”

“Thank you! Thank you so much.”

“No problem. Sige, medyo gumagabi na. Mauuna na kami. See you!”

“Bye Ate Nicole. It’s fun making you happy. See you when I see you.”

Then we drove home. This day is one of the best days. Hayy. :”>

NICOLE’S POV

Ang laki talaga ng pasasalamat k okay Andrei at Bambam. Who would expect that Andrei De los Santos have a soft spot? I was really touched on what he did. He made me realized that he’s  not that bad after all.

Then my parents arrived.

“Sa wakas anak lumabas ka din sa kwarto mo.” Dad said.

“I feel better now Dad.” I said.

“Good. Halika na, kain na tayo.”

“Sige po.”

After dinner I went back to my room. Dahil nga mag isa nanaman ako, naaalala ko nanaman lahat. I never thought that we will end up this way. I’m crying again and I can’t stop it.

Alam ko makakamove on din ako. Pero hindi pa ngayon yun. Alam ko matatagalan pa pero alam kong kaya ko. Ganito siguro talaga kasakit pag unang beses. Ang nagdadagdag pa sa sakit eh yung katotohanan na pinaglaruan at pinagkatuwaan lang ako. For him it was all a game, just a game. Ang sakit pala talaga pag alam mong ginago ka ng taong sobrang mahal mo. Unfair siya, SOBRA. Kung nakakaya ng ibang tao makamove on, alam ko kaya ko din.

I fell asleep crying. :’(

The next day, I already went back to school. Sinadya kong agahan para wala pang masyadong tao at dahil sarado pa ang department naming pumunta muna ako ng garden.

Ewan, pero naiiyak nanaman ako. It feels like it’s all coming back again. Oo,a alam ko OA ako pero I’m not the one to be blame! I thought everything’s okay already. Well, because Andrei introduced his OH-SO-CUTE-BABY-SISTER.

Ang saklap naman nito. To think he’s my first boyfriend then it turned out the he just played me.

“What a life..” I said while my tears are starting to fall again.

“Ganun talaga ang buhay, NICOLE UY.”

“Woah. Why are you here? Are you following me?”
