A/N: I know the title is damn cheesy and all but couldn't help it. Sorry not sorry!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<<"Darling I want all the strings attached / I love it when you look at me like that / And you're the only girl that brings me back / 'Cause baby I want all the strings attached">>
<<"Close your eyes, let me tell you all the reasons why, think you're one of a kind. Here's to you, the one that always pulls us through, always do what you gotta do. You're one of kind.
Thank God you're mine." >>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Hey Adi" Niti opened the door to her early morning visitor, grinning broadly and greeting him. Adi smiled knowingly as he closed the door behind him.
"So Parth is being a sweetheart, isn't he?"
"Yeah. Yeah he is!" Niti said still smiling "but how is that relevant right now?" She asked.
"Look at yourself, you're smiling at seven in the morning and you actually agreed to let me come over before you leave for work."
"So?"
"Now come on Niti, you aren't the really the best person to talk to before you leave for work, especially in the morning. Like you wake up early but then you're just pissed, without reason."
"Yeah I get up early, not because I want to but because, unlike you some people prefer to be on time" Niti said defiantly.
"Fine, right! Actually I'll be out of town for a few days and I don't exactly have anyone else to approach, so would you mind talking care of Oliver till I be back?" He asked hope shining in his eyes.
"Sure. Oliver as in your pup right?" She asked and he just nodded. "Yeah I'm sure it will not be a problem, I love dogs anyway."
"Of course you do, you're dating Parth Samthaan after all" Adi said giving a goofy grin.
"He isn't a dog and we are not dating!" Niti said.
"Yet! You want that don't you?"
"No I don't!"
"Yeah, yeah lie to yourself. There's no wrong in wanting it that way. It's been three weeks since you started working again and also three weeks since you and Mr. Samthaan started doing stuff" he said winking and Niti's eyes widened as her cheeks flushed with embarrasment.
"You'll haven't gone all the way but even then you'll are way more touchy and kissy than even "real" couples are!"
"Just leave Adi, before I kick you out" she said in mock anger, a little smile on her lips. He quickly opened the door and left "and pick some breakfast on the way" she shouted after him.
Adi was such a baby, but then so was Parth. He had got a terrible cold after snogging that day and his forgetfulness over his medicines sure helped.
She just had an hour before Parth came to pick her up. It had become a thing, he always picked her up before work and they back after they finished, together. Almost everyday he dropped by, they spent some time together chilling and then he went back home. Having him had become like a habit, something she couldn't decide was good or bad.
