Stuck With Robots - BTS Fanfic

Chapter 4

The weeks pass by in a flash and suddenly it's time for Yejin to bid her parents goodbye. Slipping into a navy sweater which said "Good Story Bro, tell it again" and a pair of jean shorts, she made her way down the stairs, carrying Bella. She noticed her parents getting ready by the door with their huge suitcases. 

"You remember the plan?" Yejin's father asked as she stood up.

"Yes, yes... Take mom and dad to the airport. Bid them goodbye. Come back home with Mr. Owen. Activate robots." Yejin repeated the list, probably for the nth time. 

"Good. We just want to make sure you don't mess up and completely leave yourself alone for three months." Her mother replied.

The family opened their front door and proceeded to exit the house. After locking up, they loaded their luggage into their limousine, with the help of their personal driver Mr. Owen. Yejin got into the furthest backseat and had Bella sit on her lap. Her parents both took a seat on the opposite side of her. Immediately, her mother pulled out a magazine from her bag and her father took out his phone and started scrolling down the screen.

So much for being able to talk to them one last time. Yejin thought dejectedly to herself and started out the window. Her mind started to wander.

I wonder what the robots will be like. This will be my first time on my own. I'm excited... but also really nervous at the same time... I wonder how Bella will react...

Soon enough, they arrive at the airport. 

"Yejin dear! We've arrived! Aren't you coming out to say goodbye?" her mother called from outside of the vehicle. Yejin snapped out of her daydream and hurried out of the car with Bella in her arms. Putting Bella on the ground, Yejin looked up to her parents and smiled.

"Bye mom. Bye dad. I hope you have a safe flight." she said, and hugged both of her parents. 

"We'll see you soon, okay kiddo? And don't forget, if something bad happens, you can always alert us with the robots." Her father reminded.

"And Owen, make sure Yejin gets home safely." her mother commented, looking at Mr. Owen and handing him his cheque.

"Of course madam." Mr. Owen replied. 

And so, Yejin watched her parents enter the large building with Bella in her arms before Mr. Owen tapped her shoulder, signalling that is was time to leave. The entire ride back to the house was Yejin pondering about how her life will be forever changed and Bella whining because she needed to waz.
