It was time for the howl, Alpha Male of the Wolf Pack howled loud and proud, as Thunder howled because she was related to a beta wolf. After the leaders of the packs howled it was time for The Whole Packs’ Howl. This is when every wolf and coyote in both packs have to howl alongside their groups alpha or beta wolves or coyotes.
“AWOOOO!” went Alpha Male.
“AWOOOOO!” went Thunder
The Whole Packs’ Howl had begun, Sable howled as Alpha Female howled, coyotes and wolves howled like forgotten brothers, when a disturbance came.
“Help! Please someone help!” some animal cried.
The wolves and coyotes continued howling since this, for most of them was their very first full moon Howl Night. All kept howling except for Ruby, she had stopped howling to help what sounded like a canine, but she couldn’t have been a wolf or coyote they were all here. The only canines left in the forest were foxes. Ruby sneaked off of the howling rock in the middle of the coyote territory. She sprinted freely towards the sound of the fox. As she was on her way, she found a baby fox hiding in a cramped position. She looked sad and lonely, Ruby knew how she felt. “Please don’t eat me!” whimpered the fox. “AWOOOOO” sang a beautiful howl that almost immediately stopped. It sounded exactly like the howl Ruby had heard that very morning.“Heh heh heh,” said a crooked shaggy voice inside the underbrush. Click! BANG! There lay a mother fox. In a net, dead. The forest became silent the wolves and coyotes even stopped to the sound of the gun. Ruby ran back to find the whole pack so silent that you could hear a cricket.
