Chapter 2
By the time we got home it was time for school. I couldn't face school, but Dad insisted on me going in.When I got off the bus instead of turning right for the school gates I turned left. to go to the train station. My Dad gave me money for school, but I used that money for a train ticket instead. I didn't know where I was going, but all I wanted to do was run away from here. I don't want to stay in a place where there are bad memories reminding me of my family's past. I got off at a stop called South Kensington. I have never heard of it, because it is out of town and it took me ages to get there! I am trying to find Mum and where she works. She said that she worked in some place called South Kensington. I haven't seen Mum since yesterday and she doesn't know what has happened and she doesn't have a mobile phone either.
I really wish I knew where I was. I have no more money for food or to get back home. I have no phone still and I am lost in the middle of a place, which seems to look like London. I have no clue where Mum works either. I'm so hungry. How will I survive?
