Chapter 5: The Truth

Wendy's POV
I woke up to see Dipper, red hair covering his face, I got up and brushed the hairs out of the way, he looked..peaceful. I smiled, I got up and and put on my lumberjack hat and ditched the vest. I covered Dip in the blanket and started to make breakfast. Today we tell them, I thought.

Mabel's POV
I woke up to the sme'll of pancakes, "Mmm." I said, smelling the wonderfulness. I ran down to see Dipper, "Bro Bro? Whatcha doing?" He turned, "morning Mabel." He sounded different. I sat down and he served me two and bacon, "What's up?" I asked questionable. He sat down and put both his hands on the table, "Wait that's Wendy's hat!" I exclaimed before he spoke, "Well Mabel, I'm not Dipper." I thought he was joking, "Nice one! Are you a alien? Gnomes in a Dipper suit?" He looked serious, "I'm Wendy."

Dipper's POV
I got up and noticed Wendy was gone, "huh." I said. I smelled breakfast and coconuts. I brushed the hair out of my face, Just breakfast, I thought. I put on my old cap and walked down the hall, everyone was sitting at the table with Wendy in the middle, "See Yeah, that'sh wha- hey Dipper."

Everyone was there and they turned to face me, I was sweating madly, but calmed myself, I grabbed breakfast and Soos finally asked, "Is it true, Dude?" I sat down, "Like are in there Dipper." I put my hands in my face, "Yes.." Grunkle Stan patted me on the back, "Ha! Now he really being such a girl!" He joked. I looked at Wendy, "Let's go tell your family, Can't wait to see they're reaction!" I said sarcastically. Wendy looked away, "You can't." I looked at her, "Oh it's great if you tell mine but not yours?" "You can't because MY family's on a camping trip for a month!" I looked away, feeling bad for being rude. I heard a bell and got up, but Stan stopped me, "Hold up, 'Dipper'." He passed me a flask of some liquid, I drank it then spit it Out, "Ew! What was that?!" Stan chuckled, "Yep, It's wimpy him, Wendy could drink 5 of those!"

We did eachother's jobs, I manned the counter, while Wendy sweeped. Then Robbie came in, "Hey Wendy!" He leaned in and kissed me, I knocked him away, "Ew! EW!" I ran off to the the sink. Wendy couldn't help but laugh.

Wendy's POV
Dipper ran out of the room after Robbie kissed him on the lips, I couldn't help but laugh, Just then Robbie came up to me, "Think it's funny, Dipshit?" He punched me square in the stomach, I clutched my gut and then he kicked me in the crotch, "Ow!" I screamed out in pain. I tried to fight back, but Robbie began to beat on me.

Dipper's POV (Again)
I washed out my mouth and lips, "Ew!" I then actually got a good look at Wendy's face, her eyes were like emreads and her smile was beautiful and so were her freckles, "Wow.." Just then I heard Wendy scream out in Pain, I rushed in there to see Robbie beating on her, "You Bastard!" I kicked him in the crotch and uppercutted him in the stomach, he ran out of the store, "That felt good." I said rubbing my knuckles. I picked Wendy up Bridal style and Stan came running in with Mabel, "Dipper! What happened!?" Stan asked. I replied through tears, "I-it was Robbie!" Stan shook his head, "I'll kill that asshole!" I laid Wendy on the table and listen to her heart beat, still going, "D-Dipper?" She asked. I took off her shirt to reveal bruises, I wiped her chin and nose of the blood with a towel Stan gave to me, "H-how long has it l-lasted?" She asked me through breaths, "Don't talk." I feared that there was internal bleeding, "How long has m-my boyfriend been beating up my b-best friend?" That word hit me, 'best friend'. I began to cry and Wendy hugged me, "I'm so s-sorry.
