Unexpected Love

I walk into the doors of Rosewood High School. I can sense the rude teachers, they're like wild animals, wait for us to mess up.

My best friend, Peyton, runs up to me and screams something I couldn't understand.

"What?!" I probably look so dumb sitting there look at her like she's an idiot.

"OMG I'M SO GLAD TO SEE YOU AFTER YOUR TRIP TO FLORIDA!!!" She screamed in my ear and loud as she could, and as fast as she could.

"You make it sound like we were childhood friends that just meet after 20 years..." I'm so confused....

"Correct!"

I walked into my first class, science. My teacher is Mr. Ro'mave, I've heard he's the worst teacher of all the teachers.

I see this guy, he was... gorgeous, cute, handsome.

WHAT WAS I THINKING?! IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL AND I'M ALREADY FALL FOR GUYS!! I'VE NEVER HAD A THING FOR GUYS?!

Well that was awkward.

I walk over to the seat beside him. And he says, sounding kinda shy, "W-why are you sitting there, out of all the seats in the class?"

"Y-you seem lonely," I was lying, I just wanted to get to know him, "So, uhh, what's your name?"

"Oh, my name, it's Tyler Woods." He was staring at the floor.

I don't know why but there was something about him, he was perfect for me, Kylie Bierman.

He had interrupted my thought process, "And yours is..." He had made a funny hand gesture, it's made me laugh.

"Oh sorry, it's Kylie Bierman."

Tyler had started to turn as red as he said, "Well your cute- I mean you have a cute name."

I had felt my cheeks turn red. Did he really just call me cute?

"Sorry I didn't mean to call you cute."

Is he reading my thoughts?

"Umm no, you're just saying them out loud."

"Wait what, sorry I was just flattered you had said that. I would have died if I told that to a guy, especially when we've only known each other for five minutes."

"Well I have this friend, he helps me plan to talk to cute girls like you."

Omg, I'm like as red as a frickin' ripe tomato...

"Alright class, this is science class, and we will be working on.... blah, blah, blah," This is usually boring until I hear something that catches my attention, "Choose any partner to work with."

Yes!! Since Tyler and I have like no friends in this class we could work together.

"Uhh, so do you want to work together?" I suggested.

He looked my way and have me a delightful smile, "Of course!"
