Lily's POV

I don't move from my spot since Killian is in hospital. I thought to myself "oh man now I don't get my chance to say bye". I also think "why do this happened to everyone that I loved so much"? I hold his hand and told him "please come back to me, I need you so bad". My parents enter with food and give me one. They told me that he will survive and I told them I know. I told them "who will do that to Killian?" in sign language. They told me "we don't know, maybe Neal or Zelena?" in sign language. They also tell me "eat please, you need it." in sign language. I eat grilled cheese sandwich. They left me with Killian. I told Killian "I will never move on from you, cause you are my first true love".

Killian's POV

I'm stuggled to wake up and make eye contact with my lover, Lily. I feel like I'm in this darkness room with little light at the end of the tunnel. I heard that doctor whale give her one week to think about whatever to unplug me off my life support.

Doctor Whale's POV

I told Lily that Killian might never wake up. So I suggest that she think about whatever she should unplug him off his life support and I give her week to think about that.

Lily's POV

Doctor Whale told me that I have week to think about whatever to unplug Killian, my true lover off his life support. But I will never give up on him. I have hope on him being wake up. It was almost end of a week and I have to make toughest decide. My parents show up with baby John. I have made decide..........and it to unplug Killian off his life support but before doctor whale could able to do it, I kissed him and whoosh, missing year is return to everyone's mind

Killian's POV

I wake up from my sleep and make eye contact with Lily. She's gasped and quickly recover over the fact that I'm alive and I seems to do great.

Lily's POV

I'm surprised that Killian is alive. I told my parents "how?" in sign language. When Blue the fairy show up and told me and Killian that our true love is stronger than ever before. She also told me that I'm product of my parents' true love's kiss. I told my parents "do you remember what happened during that missing year, and who did it?" in sign language. They told me "yeah we did and we did cast that curse." in sign language. I told them "how are you both alive?" in sign language. They told me that my mom piece her heart into halfs, so other half go into my dad's body." in sign language. It was night and we are celebrate Killian's alive and also tell everyone what baby boy's name will be. My parent told everyone baby name will be John Charming. Killian sit outside Granny's cafe and I joined him and he told me "I traded my only home, Jolly Roger for you." in sign language. I told him "you traded your ship for me?" in sign language. He said "Aye." in sign language. We both slowly kiss, kiss, and kiss each other with passionately. We gasped for the air then keep do it.
