Jennifer gasping for air said "Mom, what is going on, why did you rush me in? Like if someone was chasing you... Wait is someone spying on us." Her mom did not reply. She had to imply that.

Her mom interrupted her thought, by covering her mouth with her hand. Her mom quietly said "Listen, Jennifer there are people looking for me. Ok, ok, ok you won't get it right now, but I need you to stay quite right now."
With great hesitation she took a seat in one of the beds and stayed quite.

After 30 minutes of staying quiet, all the women stood up and let out a sigh. Jennifer mom stood up and tried to got to the bathroom, but Jennifer quickly stood up and grabbed her arm.

She demanded to know the truth. her mom took her arm off and hers. And let out a sigh.

"Fine" she replied. She started "Look you know the accident it wasn't, an accident, it was planned, by the man that are looking for me. Now I'm hiding away from them, I can't let them find me.

Jennifer with a perplexed look on her face she replied "Why are they looking for you? What did you do?"

Her mom replied with great dignity "I took a gun from them, that proves they killed her cold-blooded. Because she didn't want to join them in their drug trafficking.

My mom was a badass when she was young, she thought she was going to get money easily. But she didn't know how .

She met a guy named, Adam. He introduced my mom to drugs. She took them for a while, and then she realized she had a problem. She got help and didn't need them anymore she didn't feel the desire anymore.

She moved on, and didn't talk to Adam anymore. But, they didn't leave her alone. They stocked her family and her." Jennifer looked confused but worried at the same time.

                                     Jennifer's POV:

I can't believe what my mom was telling me. I always thought that my family was normal but now that I'm realizing. I never knew anything about my mother and her family, and now. I feel strange, regretting the fact that her grandmother had been on drugs.

She felt guilty and embarrassed she didn't know what to say to her mom. To the one and only person that she thought would never to lie to her, lied to her big time. I decided to push these thoughts away and listen to my mom.  I might not get a second chance.

But, I lied.  Nothing was going change her mind. They couldn't. Her mom interrupted her thoughts.

Back to the present her mom went on. Saying "My mom told me, for her last words, when she was dying. She couldn't leave like that."  I replied to my mom with tears on my eyes "Mom, you don't have to keep on talkin...," she didn't get to finish before her mom interrupted her to keep on talking.

"Then my mother's family had to move away in order to not see Adam anymore. She was terrified was worried. She moved, and didn't hear from him ever again. Until, she told me (she hesitated) and now I'm telling you." I said " Mom, what do you need me to do?
