Little backstory: I have a project. We have to explain what we think love is/means.
Anyways, now that I have that project I think about it a lot. I mean love come in many different meanings and ways.
The love for a pet: of course almost everyone has loved some kind of animal. I have a pet bunny and I just love her so much. I don't know if I would could make through high school without her. I honestly tell her everything, I don't care if she doesn't understand a thing I say. It's this thing where she just listens and somehow, in a way, she comforts me.
The love for food: there's plenty of people who probably aren't as obsessed with food as I am but its still a kind of love.
What's your favorite food?
Whatever it is, you just love that food. That's why it's your favorite. But of course its not like you can marry it. (It wouldn't last, trust me)Love for family: there's at least one person in your film that you love. Or at least you can stand them better than the rest.
For me, I can't stand my father's side of my family. I honest can't even stand my mom's side either, but I do love my cousins. My cousins have been there since I was a little kid. One of them is my age and we tell each other everything. He's like a brother to me.Love for friends: Friends are awesome. Some of them give you adventure. Some of them give you advice. Some of them listen to your problems. And yet you love them.
Romance: at some point everyone wants romance. It's considered the most powerful love there is. When you love someone in this kind of way you could feel so many things at once. You want them to be happy, you hope they never get hurt, you can't stand being without them. I once said that love can make you feel free, love can make you go crazy, or love can make you feel trapped.
Of course as you grow older, love tends to either grow or disappear.
I don't know. Just a random rant thing.
What do you think love means?
