Chapter 7

Kat's POV

*Next Morning*

I woke up to the sound of my phone going off saying I had a text message, it was from Alexis.

Alexis<3: Hey Kat where are you? Class starts soon.

Me: Oh crap, I will be at the dorm in 5 minutes.

Alexis<3: Ok

I hopped off of the bed and headed towards the door when Chase woke up.

"Hey where are you going," Chase asked.

"I have class I need to head back to my door room to get ready for the day, but maybe we could get together later."

"Okay sounds good."

"See you later."

I left his dorm room. I didn't even realize that we fell asleep watching the movie. I can't believe I fall asleep usually I don't fall asleep during a movie. I got to my dorm is quickly got cleaned up and got ready for class.

"Where were you I went by your dorm room last night to see if you wanted to hang out and you were not there."

"Oh well I was out and about last night."

"Okay sure."

"Fine, to be honest you know that guy in our 3rd class well ya I was with him."

"Oh. What's his name?"

"Chase."

"You guys would make a cute couple."

"We are not a couple."

"That's what you think."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Never mind."

*3rd class*

I walked in nervous on what he say to me when he walked in. I went to the back like I did yesterday and took a seat.

*5 min later*

I was talking to Mackayla when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Hey!"

"Hey!"

"Is everything ok?"

"Ya of course why?"

"Just wondering."

The teacher walked in the class and told us what we were going to do today. She said we were doing a partner project and that girls would be working with boys and boys would be working with girls. She got down to the final four which was me, Mackayla, Chase, and someone named Nathan.

"Next we have Mackayla with Nathan so that means Kathrynn and Chase are partners. You guys have till the end of the month."

Right as she finished it was time for us to leave and go to our next class. As I walked out of the class Chase grabbed my hand.

"Well it looks as if we are partners ready to get started."

"Ok. But just the project."

*2 hours later*

We were in my dorm room working on the project and after two hours we finally finished and we just sat down and started talking and laughing and the next thing we knew it was time for him to be heading back to his dorm. We said bye and just as he was about to leave we kissed.
