Appearance

Kazuki has short, messy chocolate brown hair and blood red eyes with hints of grey. His eyes have dark bags under them. His build and face has rather feminine features for a boy, usually mistaken as a girl whenever he ties up his hair in a ponytail. He is around 5'1", almost the same height as his mentor. He has a pale complexion, due to his anemia and condition of getting cold easily.

Mafia Outfit: Kazuki wears a long dark coat above a plain button up shirt and a necktie, black slacks and low arch shoes. A part of his hair is tucked in his left ear and the rest of his brown locks are let loose.

Casual Outfit: Kazuki wears a v-neck shirt underneath a charcoal grey jacket, black jeans and dark coloured timberlands. His hair is kept messy and swept forward his left.

Alternative Outfit: Kazuki wears a plain shirt under a black leather jacket, matching black pants and shoes. His hair is tucked behind his right ear and the rest let loose, his bangs just above his left eyebrow.

Personality

Kazuki is described as a shut-in, lazy, and reckless. He lacks motivation in doing shit life offers, but if people he considers important are involved, he'd immediately do so. He prefers to stay indoors and hates talking to people, so he keeps quiet all the time but he is pretty attentive and observant to what people say. But at times, he can be energetic and childish, or tempered and a foul-mouth, yet Tsubaki says that in reality, the young man is kind-hearted and soft around children, even if he claims that it is troublesome to look after them.

Before he as taken in by the mafia, he was an orphan who never speaks as a result of an incident that involved his parents, and Mori actually believed he was mute until the day he met Dazai and Chuuya. He became talkative and mischievious, doing pranks on anyone he sets his eyes on. He was also caring and understanding, shown whenever he patrols the city streets and tries to help out as many people as he can. It was also known that he has a soft spot for small animals.

He treasures his memories, that's why he refuses to depend on his ability all the time even if it grants him power. Deep inside, the teen is sensitive and broken, he doesn't want to disappoint anyone. He respects his superiors but it depends if he likes the person or not. He decide to keep a recorder and a phone with him at all times to record each moment he has spent in his life, so whenever he uses his ability, he can remember in case he has lost a certain memory.

Relationships

[Mori Ougai]
He harbors a debt of gratitude towards his boss despite being mistreated in thw organization, since he was the one who has saved him from his unfortunate accident and offered him another chance at life. He has no choice but to dedicate his whole life to Mori and serve under him until the end.

[Tsubaki]
He treasures his servamp as much as he treasures his eve. They are inseparable, and they are both protective of each other. He formed a contract with him right after Tsubaki recovered his health, months after the war and moving to Yokohama. Tsubaki feelings deeply resonates with his eve.

[Soukoku - Dazai Osamu and Chuuya Nakahara]
He holds respect for his superiors, showing his admiration for them openly and following them around. He speaks highly of them after he was taken under their wing. Despite the harsh trainings and tasks they assigned him, he never wavers and keeps on staying with them. Both of them thinks of Kazuki as a strange person, a weirdo who keeps stalking them and following them around. However, as time went on, they slowly thought of him as a loyal and dedicated individual, never failing to surprise them whenever he goes on missions. When Dazai left the mafia, Kazuki felt betrayed and soon developed a sense of hatred towards the man after he failed to keep his promise.

Abilities

[Ecmnesia ]
- An ability that allows its user to manifest, mimic, or modify any kinds of abilities they have seen or stored in memory as long as they understand their target ability's rules and functions. Its downside is that it feeds on the users memories, depending on how long they activate the ability and the memories are erased by random. The longer the duration the ability is activated, the more important memories are erased.

[Weapon/Lead]
- Pistol - Kazuki's Lead first form is a pistol with unlimited bullets that he can summon at any time and use it in any given situation. His speed is also increased whenever he uses it, allowing him to move so fast it appears as though he has stopped time. In his point of view, his surroundings have stopped whilst he can still move normally. He uses a move called [The World] whenever he uses a combination of moving swiftly while aiming and shooting the bullets in a fast pace, his targets unable to avoid any hits and his bullets never missing a vital point.

- Phone - After training under Soukoku, Kazuki discovered that his Lead can turn into a smartphone. Unlike his first form, this form is more useful in stealth and infiltration missions. Its camera can go through walls and detect thermal heat, identifying his targets and monitoring their behaviour. Its speaker can emit low frequencies that interrupt any form of communication or signal in a 20-meter radius or extremely high frequencies that stun or distract his targets. It can also be used for his daily life, with special apps that transform his phone into different objects.

[Servamp Bond]
- When Tsubaki drinks his blood, both of them experience an effect something similar to an adrenaline rush, boosting up all their stats and becoming an unstoppable duo.
