"Yes, I understand that.....no I don't- STOP FUCKING CUTTING ME OFF! Like I was saying we need to get the factories up and running again if-" There was a knock at the door.

"I'll call you back." I got out of my seat to answer the door. There was my good old friend Harry.

"What do you want Harry, I'm extremely busy right now." I said while pinching the bridge of my nose.

"Well hello to you to Mr.Grumpy Pants." He said with a smirk. " I just wanted to know what you are going to do about the murders that have been going on recently. There are people out there starting to worry and not to mention that one of your most trusted men was killed right under your nose." He was right. At first it was just missing people, but now people are suspecting murder and are starting to complain that it's not safe.

" I don't know why people are complaining. We are the most powerful beings to walk on this pitiful planet." I said while walking past Harry to my desk to take a seat.

"Zayn, I know how you feel about humans and I know how you feel about our race being so superior than others, but you do have to accept the fact that not everyone is as powerful as you, vampire or not people are frightened for the families and loved ones."

It was quiet neither of us said a word. Family.... I used to have a family. Of course they were ashamed of my choices, but it wasn't like I had a chose. I couldn't let this world crumble to pieces just because of the choices these stupid humans made. I saved this world from being destroyed by its own people. They should have be proud of their only son.

"Think about it Zayn. What would Thressa say?" That's it! I can practically feel the smoke coming from my ears.

"YOU KNOWS HOW I FEEL WHEN YOU SAY HER NAME!" I yelled while slamming Harry into the wall.

"Okay, man look we all know how things went between the two of you. I will probably never understand your pain. But I do know she would not be happy with all of this." I let go of Harry's shirt and sat back down.

Did I make the right choice? I mean I will never feel guilty because she deserved it. I didn't do it for her. I did it for the one I love and she took her away from me.

"I'll call you later Zayn, yeah?" Harry said while opening up the door. I sighed.

"Yeah. I'll see you."

God I'm tired. I have been walking around all morning. And with this big ass backpack it was making life harder.

I could not find my camp anywhere. I don't even know where I fucking am. I am lost in the fucking woods. Alone. I have always been alone so that part shouldn't bother me.

I just got to keep walking straight and I will fine the street eventually........

Finally I made it out. Took me long enough. The sun already went down and the street lights are on.

I walked down the sidewalk. There are a hella lot of vampires walking down the street. I have no clue were I am, but hey. Yolo right?

Oh, god don't do this now.

Oh would you shut up brain. I have no time for your sass.

Might I say once again, you are a strange child.

I bumped into something hard that stopped me from my argument with myself.

" Oi, look where ya goin yah bid lug." I yelled at the impolite bystander that just kept on walking.

He remained silent and kept on walking. Whoever it was looked very fit from behind. with brown hair and a leather jacket. Vampire or not that guy is a dick.
