*A couple days after Nat & Kenzie brought the triplets home, Alex was coming over to help Nat & Kenzie out with their newborn sons.*

                                                   *Nat's P.O.V.*

Taking care of three babies was tough. Kenzie & I haven't slept in two days. I was constantly getting "presents" from Shane. I don't know why he did it to just me & not Kenzie. Alex texted me about twenty minutes ago that he would come over to help us out. I was exhausted. I sat on the couch in the living room feeling sleepy. Seconds later, I could hear the baby monitor go off again. Ugh, I just want some sleep! I got up & went upstairs to see what was up. Nate was screaming his head off. I picked him up & started bouncing him a little bit to make him stop crying. His diaper felt warm. I carefully changed Nate's diaper & brought him downstairs.

"Shh, it's okay little Prince," I yawned. "You know what? How about we have a little father-son bonding time," I yawned again & laid down on the couch with Nate on my stomach. "We'll just rest together, okay?" I said closing my eyes, drifting off to sleep.

I slept for a good ten minutes until Nate woke up again. He just had his diaper changed, & he had already eaten an hour ago. Figures, I probably woke him up.

"Little Prince, daddy didn't mean to wake you up," I said rubbing his back. "Daddy's just really tired because he's been taking care of you & your brothers,"

I put Nate's pacifier back in his mouth & he started sucking on it. About fifteen minutes later, Alex was finally here to help Kenzie & I. It was about time he did.

"Where are my tiny nephews?" asked Alex.

"I put Nate in the swing next to the t.v," I said. "Shane is sleeping upstairs, & Jason is with Kenzie getting his diaper changed."

"Okay," said Alex. "How have they been since they've been home?"

"They cry literally all the time," I said. "Kenzie & I have gotten no sleep for the past two days,"

"Wow," said Alex. "Well, don't worry big bro, Uncle Alex is here to help!"

"Great!" I yawned.

Kenzie came downstairs holding Jason. "Hi Alex!" she said. "Look Jason, your uncle Alex is here!"

"Aww!" said Alex. "Can I hold him?"

"Of course," said Kenzie.

Alex sat down on the couch next to me & Kenzie put Jason in his arms. "Hi little fella!" said Alex. Jason looked at Alex as if he was a lunatic. But, surpisingly, he didn't cry. "He's looking at me Nat!"

"I can see that," I said. "Who is that Jason? Is that your Uncle? Huh?"

I heard Shane crying upstairs. "I'll be right back," I said running up the stairs into the nursery. "You again," I sighed. "What's the matter Shane?" I picked him up & started bouncing him. "Are you hungry?" I tried puting a bottle in his mouth but he didn't want it. I checked his diaper but it seemed to be fine. I sat down in the rocking chair, craddling my son. What could he want? Kenzie came upstairs & saw me & Shane in the rocking chair.

"What's wrong with Shane?" asked Kenzie.

"I don't know," I said. "He's not hungry, nor does he need a diaper change,"

"Why don't you try singing him a song?" asked Kenzie. "Maybe he'll like that,"

"You think so?" I asked.

Kenzie nodded. "Yeah, I think he will,"

"Okay," I said trying to think of a song to sing. "Rock a bye baby, in the tree top, when the wind blows, the craddle will rock,-"

Shane cried even louder. "Babe, I don't think he likes that one," said Kenzie.

I sighed again. "I didn't relly like that one either, as a baby myself," I said & tried singing a different song. "Lullaby & goodnight, la da da da da da da,-"

Shane was scrreaming his head off at this point. "Man, he doesn't like this one either?" asked Kenzie.

"I guess not," I said.

Alex came by the nursery & covered his ears. "What's Shane's problem?"

"We don't know!" I said. "I'm trying to put him back to sleep but nothing's working,"

"Here, give me the little stinker," said Alex grabbing Shane out of my arms. "Nat, go grab a guitar, I have an idea!"

I went downstairs & picked up my guitar. Before I went back up the stairs, I peeked at Jason & Nate to make sure they are okay. They were both in their little swings sleeping. I went upstairs & back into the nursery.

"I got it," I said.

"Now, I want you to play my song lullaby," said Alex. "But play it softly,"

"Alright," I said as I started playing the chords on my guitar.

"Won't you let me sing you a lullaby? Won't you let me kiss you goodnight? Won't you please just stop crying? I promise you the happiest of dreams," Alex sang & Shane started calming down.

"It's working," I said.

Alex finished singing & before we knew it, Shane was fast asleep in his arms.

"Woah," said Kenzie. "I never knew that babies liked loud music that can put them to sleep,"

"Yeah me either!" I said. "Alex, how'd you do it?"

"I don't know," Alex laughed. "Maybe it's because I'm his favorite Uncle!"

"You're his only Uncle, Alex," I said.

"I know!" said Alex putting Shane in his crib.
