Dream Vacation...Or Is It?

Chapter 2

If only you could see the ship. It was amazing. I'm surprised the thing can even float. Jacob, I don't care how the thing floats. I wasnt asking. Sorry he's such a nerd. Ow, he just punched me. Anyway back to the ship. Like I was saying, it was huge. There were at least 5 pools and a huge water slide. One of the workers had said that there were like 8 different resturaunts, a teen club, an acarde-ish thing, and so many other things that they different mention.

We check in and was shown to our room. My mom, being the awesome person she was, had gotten us one of the suites. Just like the rest of the ship, it was huge. There was a living room with a TV, coach, 2 chairs, and a coffee table. 

Connected to that was a bed room with 3 beds, which I found kind of strange. I guess my mom made that arrangment. There was a bathroom with 2 sinks instead of one, but besides that it was like most hotel bathrooms. Finally, and my favorite part, was the kitchen. It was full of all kinds of snack, and we didnt have to pay for any of it.

Done of us had unpacked since we're just that lazy. Im pretty sure that we would never unpack anyways. Wow, I never noticed how lazy we were.

Sorry guys, but you are. Remind me to make sure that Jacob and Cody are not in the room when I do these recordings. They are anoying arent they? Ow, I just got pucnhed again. Okay, I'll just get to story. Forgive my rambling.

So, of course we headed straight to the giant water slid. Well, it turns out that it was like a water coster thingy. You could have 4 people go at once. I got to go in the front, since I kept bugging them about how I was the one you got the tickets, they wouldnt be here if it wasnt for me, blah blah blah. It work for like everything. Anyways, I was in the front, than Cody, then Jacob.

We started out climbing up this huge hill, like we werent high enough already. Did I mention I had fear of hights. No? Oh well I am. Once we were like halfway up, I started freaking out about how we were going to fall to our deaths. Cody had to hold my hand during the ride. So after we went up the hill there was a small drop and then all theses twists and turns. And get this, we went over the side of the boat. The slide was clear so it was even cooler.

Than there were more dips and turns. We finally ended where we started. To get down we went down this other slide into a big pool. This place was just that amazing. We swam around in this pool for teens only.  We got bored after a while so we sat at the poolside playing truth and dare.

"Alright Jacob, truth or dare?" I asked, kicking my feet in the water.

"Dare, and dont make it stupid." Jacob replied.

"Alright. She that couple over there?" I asked pointing to these two kids making out in the pool. "I dare you to tell them to get a room in the most creative way." I was already laughing by the time I finished explaining.

"Okay, okay. Let me think." We sat in silence, but then Jacob got this evil look on his face and jumped in the pool. He swam over quietly and tapped the guy on his shoulder. The guy practicly jumed out of this skin. I burst out laughing at this and Cody put his hand over my mouth, trying to stop me from laughing. 

"What do you want? Can't you see I'm busy?!" They guy yelled.

Jacob made a motion to say that he couldnt talk. The guy stared at him blankly. Then Jacob pointed to both of them, as if to say "you." Next he pretended to grab something. He then made an a with his hand. At this point I had my head buried in Cody's shoulder, trying not laugh. Finally he made a square with his fingers.

This went on for a few minutes. I guess they werent smart enough to get it. Once they did, the girl slapped him, and the guy punched him in the face. At the same time. Poor kid. Well, the couple ended up leaving. Cody and I were laying on the ground laughing our heads off while Jacob swam over, rubbing his cheek.

"Ow, that girl was strong." Jacob said hopping out of the water.

"What about the guy?" Cody ask, still laughing.

"Nah, I didnt even feel it when he punched me."

That just made us laugh even more. After like 5 minutes, we stopped laughing. Well, Cody and Jacob did. Anyways, we were about to keep playing when an anouncement came on.

"Attention passangers. We will be arriving at our first island tomorrow around 10 am. Please be prepared before we dock. Thank you. Also there will be a dinner buffet staring in 10 minutes at the main lobby, Thank you."

That defently got our attention, the food part. We quickly went back to our room and changed. Than we raced to the lobby. Surprisingly, we were the only ones to show up. Weird right? Oh well. We had chinese food. When we were done, the sun was just starting to set. Being me, I ran over to the railing and watched, a smiled on my face.

"Isn't it just beautiful?" I asked in awe.

"Uh-hu," Cody said as he and Jacob joined me.

"Do you have your phone?" I asked Cody wanting to take a picture.

"Yeah, dont drop it." Cody handed me his phone.

"I will." I quickly took like 5 pictures before the sunset. Then I had some lady take a picture of the three of us.

"You are so weird, Maggie." Jacob said as we walked around the deck.

"Why?" I asked confused, trying to get pictures of the stars.

"First of all, you had that lady take a picture of us and now you're trying to take a picture of the stars."

"I like pictures. That way I wont forget anything. I always have a way to remember the important things."

"Alright you two, we should go get some sleep." Cody said looking down at his watch."Its getting late."

Jacob and I nodded and the three of us head back to our room. I sent my parents an email telling them about our day, well sort of. I curled up in my bed, said goodnight, and quickly fell alseep. Who would of thought that this would be the last time I was ever on that boat.
