I was in the forest again running from the vampires. Lord Thelios had joined the hunt this time. I knew he had joined because he made it a game giving me a head start. Everywhere around me through the forest echoed the crushing of leaves and twigs as I ran, not stopping to catch my breath or to look behind me. I continued running until I was stopped in my tracks.

Off in the distance I saw a man. As I approached him, he seemed to have a light radiating off his skin like an aura of pure gold. His features were soft and his eyes were like mine, bright emerald green. He smiled a soft smile as he reached out his hand for me to take. I immediately felt warm and welcomed, like I had made it home finally after a long journey.

Just as I extended my hand to reach his, I was swept from my feet with one large arm around my waist. The golden light grew dimmer and dimmer as the dark figure escaped with me in his grasps. As I struggled to loosen the figure's lock around my body I heard Lord Thelios behind us. Seeing the lord behind us made me realize it wasn't him who had me. Looking up, I saw Elias. His eyes were still black but with an ominous red glow.

"Release her Elias! She belongs to me!" The lord said with a hiss. I could see Lord Thelios gaining distance as I looked up to Elias and he continued to run as he looked down to me. His red glowing eyes piercing into my soul. He chuckled a deep laugh and said "You're mine Amily Brown. Always have been, since the beginning."

I was woken from my slumber with the rush of cold water being splashed on my face. I rose, coughing the water up that made its way down my throat. Rubbing the sleep, and the water, from my eyes I saw Elias walking back from the washroom with another bucket ready to throw the contents on me again.

"Don't you dare." I said with anger. "I'm awake."

"Good, you were shaking and mumbling in your sleep. I did try waking you easily but you wouldn't budge." He grinned mischievously while looking from the bucket back to me. I was annoyed with Elias and I was sure my expressions didn't hide that fact.

"Get up and get dressed. I have to take you to breakfast." He said as he rolled his eyes. "By the way, Lord Thelios had assigned me as your escort so I suggest you do as I say." He spoke again, angrily. I didn't expect Lord Thelios to have the commander of his guardsmen to be my escort. From what I could tell, Elias wasn't pleased with the lord's decision. Though I hadn't expected to be hunted and caught like an animal, I truly wasn't expecting Elias to be assigned to me.

I wasn't pleased myself with the way Elias chose to wake me but I couldn't be angry at the point he woke me from that dream. His glowing red eyes will forever be scared in my mind. His black as coal eyes were staring at me now and though in my dream he said I was his, I couldn't imagine belonging to him. At the moment, all I could see was hate and anger every time I looked at him. The way he marched his men into my village and slaughtered every being in the place just to acquire a few pure bloods. I still didn't believe I was a lucky one to be alive. I would much have rather parished with the rest of the villagers.

When I didn't make any attempt to move off my bed, Elias walked over to me and harshly grabbed my arm. He pulled me up from the bed forcing me over to the washroom door.

"Let me go!" I yelled but to deaf ears. Elias pushed me through the threshold of the washroom and slammed the door shut behind me. He must have been leaning again the door because I couldn't budge it open. I pounded the door with rage.

"Let me out!" I yelled again and still there was silence. I stood there for a moment before the door was ripped open, almost off its hinges, as Elias stood in the doorway.

"I said get ready." He growled. I was determined to stand my ground. I hadn't planned on going anywhere with him. I didn't even want to look at him.
