Chapter 1

Hey, this is author-chan here but you can call me Astria. This is the first time I've ever written a reader x someone, so this probably won't be that good. but you never know unless you keep reading.

y/n = Your name
l/n = last name
h/l = hair length
h/c = hair colour
f/c = favorite colour
s/f/c = second favorite colour

 if I happen to put something else rather then these and you don't know what it means feel free to ask and I'll put it in.

Y/N POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm, I groan shutting it off as I go back to sleep. Next thing you know I hear Alexander, my older brother barging into my room yelling at me to wake up. "Y/N wake up!" he said. I grab a pillow and put it over my head practically suffocating myself so I couldn't hear my brother yell at me. Alexander kept going at it till I got out of bed. I checked to see what time it was. It was 6 in the morning. 

"ARE YOU CRAZY! IT'S BARLEY 6 AM!!" I shouted turning to Alexander. It was still dark outside. I was not happy. it was cold and dark, school doesn't even start till 7:45 AM. I growl a bit with anger in my eyes as I look away from Alexander

"Yea but you take an hour in the shower!" he said frowning with slight anger in his voice. "Just hurry up and get ready y/n." he said as walked out of the room closing the door behind him. Great now I really do have to get ready. I search for clothes but most of them are either dirty or washing. I should really do the laundry. I finally find some clothes. I grabbed a f/c long sleeve that was a bit to big for me but perfect, A black skirt and some black stockings with s/f/c shoes. I make my way to the shower.

((Time skip! I can't believe i'm writing this in class.))

It's  now  7 AM. Alexander was right. I began blow drying my h/c hair. By the time I was done I brushed my hair out. Alexander was already by the door waiting. I grab my bag as we walk out only to see Alexander's friend's Lafayette, Hercules, and...wait a minute where's John? Before I could ask Alexander already had. "Where's Jo-" Alexander was cut of by the sound of someone yelling and grabbing Alexander and I by the sides of our shoulder. I slightly jumped with a small yell while Alexander looked like he was ready to kill someone. We look behind us and saw John. Laf and herc were laughing with John as Alex and I got mad.

"Cheer up you two!" John said with a smile. I lightly blush almost sure the guy's wouldn't be able to see it. God that smile always made my heart melt and I could already feel the butterflies in my stomach. I soon come back to reality from John waving his hands in my face. "Earth to y/n!" he said.

"I'm back I was just thinking!" i said feeling my face get hot. I had been Blushing a bright red. I looked away from John embarrassed as we realized we had been left behind we tried catching up to the other's.

John's POV

After bringing back y/n to reality her face turned red from embarrassment. I lightly blush with a smile on my face. I had a warm feeling in my heart but ignored it. After a moment we realized the others left we began running after them to catch up. we soon reached the gates of school. Alexander was already off with Eliza, Laf and Herc were waiting for us. "Finally you two took forever!" Laf said. Herc just laughed a bit whispering to Laf.

"So what were you two lovebirds up to?" Herc asked with a smirk on his face. y/n was completly red along with mine. 

"We aren't lovebirds! We didn't do anything. You guy's know y/n are just friend's." I said calming down trying to be formal. Even if I did like y/n it wouldn't matter, she probably likes Lafayette more then me. I frown at just the thought if it even a pain in my heart. Maybe I do like y/n. No what am I saying. Of course I don't like her, we're just friend's. But why do I get so mad when I see her smiling with Lafayette.

Lafayette POV

I kept an eye on Y/N the whole time. I made sure John didn't do anything to y/n while they were left behind. I got so mad when she smiled and laughed with John. I love y/n with all of my heart and I can't bear to see her be taken by John. But, what I happened to notice was a dance was coming up. I could ask y/n to the dance before John could! Then I could tell her how I really feel. "Hey, y/n Are you going to the dance with anyone?" I heard John ask as I froze and looked at him. I could feel the anger and hatred rise in me.

"No, why?" Y/n responded with such a sweet smile. Why can't she smile at me like that? I decided to step in. "How about all three of us go together!" I said with a smile to y/n. I looked over at John seeing as he had been disappointed. Y/n smiled at the idea and said it would be such a wonderful time to go with her two friend's. I couldn't wait to see how beautiful she would look. I also couldn't wait to confess. I hadn't felt bad John liked her too. All I knew is that I would claim what was mine tonight.
