Chapter 20

I cannot explain to you how much anger I had inside me because of what happened to bam .

Seeing your only sibling , who has loved you , and protected you , laying in a hospital bed unable to move is terrible

Especially since he didn't do anything wrong .

Sariyah wasn't going to get away with this .

I got up early the next morning . I texted Daniel to come get me since my mom took the benz this morning .

I opened my closet door and put on a pair of jeggings , tight , but stretchy . I put on one of my belts

I put on my black tank top and tightened the straps .

I put on these lace up boots that my mom had gotten me for Christmas , but I never wore them .

I heard Daniels car horn and walked out of the house . I opened the car door and sat down throwing my bag in the back

"Hey sweets you alright ?"
Daniel looked over at me a little concerned
"Yeah , I'm fine . You won't have to pick me up"
"How you getting home ?"
"My mom"
Daniel kept looking at me and then at the road
"Are you sure you're alright?"
"Yes Daniel I'm okay"

He pulled up in his parking spot and turned off the car
"If anything is bothering you I'm always here to talk"
"Thanks Daniel . I love you"
"I love you too Ki"
I hugged him and walked towards the school

But this time I took a different door
I took the front door where most of the people enter and stand at before the bell rings . I walked up the stairs
I saw Sariyah standing talking to her friends , her back to me .
I was shaking but I don't know if it was out of fear , anger or just adrenaline .

I grabbed at my belt as I was walking , I pulled it off and wrapped the ends around my hands

I walked up behind Sariyah putting the belt over her , and onto her neck , I yanked her down .

She grasped her hands around the belt , choking .
I kicked her in the face about 3 times . I felt everybody gather around us

I saw flash from phones behind me and in my face .

I let go of the belt and grabbed Sariyah by her hair , ripping handfuls of it out , I hit her square in the face , knocking her down , but she dragged me down with her .

I got on top of her and just pounded in her face . Hit after hit after hit . It just kept going . I wrapped my hands around her neck and squeezed as hard as I could , also throwing her hand back onto the ground with her neck .

I was crying of course .

I just kept hitting her .

I felt big hands wrap around my waist and yanked me up . It was the football coach , I threw my headback and head butted him in the chin , it hurt so bad .

I ran back to Sariyah and started kicking her as hard as I could in the stomach and face . Screaming and crying

"How could you fucking do that . How could you . You stupid bitch you were never going to get away with that"

I think everybody heard me screaming

All I could see , inches away from my face was Jahseh .
He looked so fucking pissed
He stared at me right in the eyes
He pulled his hands back in pushed me straight down ,it was that kind of push that feels like you've been pulled

I fell over some kids and fell straight down , hitting my head

I layed there holding the back of my head . I saw Kimetrius standing over me , taking off his sweatshirt and placing it on me , I hadn't even noticed that my shirt had been ripped off .

He was rushing to pull the sleeves back the right way and he pressed the shirt against me since I had my hands on my head.

The principal scared off the kids and all that was left was me , Kimetrius and Sariyah who was on the floor , laying in her vomit and blood .

Kimetrius put his hands under my arms and lifted me up . I couldn't walk . My head was pounding , I saw the paramedics rush in for Sariyah .

Kimetrius put my arm over his shoulders , and then put his arm under my legs lifting me up , carrying me to the office .

Kimetrius spoke for me , since I couldn't , the principal yelled and called my mom . Telling me i was suspended until further notice .

My mom came in the school frantic , more scared than mad .
She hugged me

"Oh honey what happened"
"She got into a fight with the girl that got Bam jumped ma'am" Kimetrius stood up from the office chair .

"Go back to class Mr . Foose" the principal nodded and put his hand on Kimetrius's back . Kimetrius hugged me and walked out of the door .

My mom walked me to the car . She sat me in the passenger seat and put on my seat belt . She closed the door and got in on her side

"I'm not mad . I'm just scared . You could've got hurt Kaya . And we might have to pay that girls medical bills you know ?"

"They didn't pay bam's" I had my hands on my head still . It hurt to talk .

My mom started the car and we drove home .

When we got home she walked me into my room and layed me on the bed . She got me a Gatorade and an ice pack and she turned off the lights .

"If it feels any worse I'll take you to the hospital tomorrow . I love you"

Honestly . I beat that bitches ass . And I was proud of myself .
Also her dumbass friends didn't even jump in . I could've done this a long time ago .
