Chapter Six

I dropped my keys and screamed. "Damn it Alyssa! You scared the shit out of me!" I placed my hand over my chest and tried to catch my breath. She only smirks, while raising an eyebrow for me to answer her.

"It was great. No, it was amazing." I sigh, throwing myself onto the couch. She comes and sits beside me.

"This is crazy. This is everything we've dreamed." She says, almost to herself.

She couldn't be more right. My first official date with Harry was fantastic. Other than the short goodnight kiss.

Harry: Had an amazing time tonight. Pick you up after class tomorrow ;) H

I smiled when his name appeared on my screen. I quickly replied.

I did too, thank you. Can't wait! :)

I felt an empty feeling, like something was missing. "You okay?" Alyssa asked. I only nod before walking into my bedroom.

Hello?

Hi mom.

Well hello there doll! How're you? Her sweet voice spoke gently through the phone.

I'm great. How's everyone at home?

Alyssa and I moved to LA for college. We actually lived in Atlanta, Georgia.

Great. We all miss you. How are your classes? Is Joseph still being a hassle?

My mother and Joseph's mother were great friends. It was my mother's idea to send him here with me.

My classes are fine. And he's nothing I can't handle.

She laughs, trust me. I'm well aware.

I sigh, so mom. Do you remember about four years ago, when I was obsessed over a boy band member? Goes by the name of Harry Styles?

She gives me a dry laugh. I already know about the two of you. It's all over E! News. Why didn't you tell me?!

After explaining everything to my mother she had to tend to my little sister and brother. But, not before insisting I bring Harry down next week for Thanksgiving.

I have no idea how I feel about that. We've only been on one date. I guess I'll just have to ask him myself tomorrow after class.

"Get off of me Joseph." I groan, slapping at his wandering hands.

"Aw why? Is Lover Boy waiting outside for you? You don't want me to touch you?" I smirk.

"Actually, he is outside. And I'll gladly stand back and watch you get the life beaten out of you." Joseph looks taken back by my harsh words.

I get up and stomp out of the class, the professor finally allowing us to leave. "Paisley, wait!" I hear a familiar voice call behind me.

Before I turn around I see Harry leaning against his car. He's on his phone and doesn't notice me yet. I turn around and am met with Austin.

"Hi! I never got a chance to call you back the other day." He begins.

"Paisley!" I hear Harry yell. He waves at me and I give him a slight smile. I turn back and see Austin's face has fallen.

"Everything okay?" I ask him.

"Uhh, perfect. Look, forget it. I'll see you later." He walks off before I can respond. What the hell?

I shrug it off and continue to my car. "Hi." I say quietly.
