The week turned to days and the days turn to a day and then a day turned to hours.
6 hours til his flight landed down and Jungkook came home. 6 hours.
I begin to scrub my dish from breakfast and place it into the dish rack along side my mug, to dry and head to the bathroom for a shower.
What to do in 6 hours.
After singing and washing my hair with a whole bottle of shampoo because I have no self control, I slipped on a white shirt of Jungkook's and some black jeans before plopping on the couch to let my hair dry.
The clock read 12:13. Meaning I still had 6 hours til Jungkook came home.
I rolled over before, getting comfortable before being stabbed with something metal. "What the fuck?" I whine as I pull the object from under me, rattling as I hold it in front of me.
Who's keys?
I get up and place them on the counter and notice a pair of green boots at the front door and a camouflage jacket with Jeon on the front.
"Jungkook." I whisper and run to the bedroom where it is empty but a pair of pants on the floor and closet opened slightly.
I pull the door open, and see the light switch on but the small room is empty. "Jungkook?" I yell and check the bathroom, and see nothing.
I throw open the guest bedroom and see nothing.
The house alarm chimes, "back door opened." And I run down the stairs to the garage where Jungkook stayed eyes opened wide as he slides the door shut. "You scared me." He laughs and places a hand on his chest.
"I-" I feel my words fail me as I run to him, not stopping til I feel us collide and he stumbles back a few steps before laughing even more and hugging me tightly, "Jungkookie." I whisper, inhaling his scent. He smells of dirt, grass, leather and metal.
Before he smelled of fresh linen, lavender, or vanilla.
"Taehyung!" He whisper yells back mockingly as he runs his fingers through my hair.
The reality hasn't quite hit me yet either. He was home.
