I woke up the next day, feeling groggy. I got up and got in the shower, I just kinda stood there, thinking about my whole situation, it was terrifying, I could die at any moment, but, I couldn't let that happen, I needed to be able to help everyone escape...

After taking a long shower, most of the time spent thinking I swear! I got dressed and headed to the Dining Hall, already there was Usagi, he appeared to be the only one there at the moment so I decided to talk to him.

"Hey Usagi, did you sleep well?" I asked, I figured he did considering the fact that he was in a clearly good mood.

"Mmhm, I slept really well, I decided to sleep on the stuffed animals in my room since they were a little more comfortable than my bed!" He giggled, a light blush was visible on his face. I decided to sit next to him as well.

"Ah, well that's good, I know that this situation can be a little scary, so don't be afraid to show it." I said, a little concerned about the fact that he didn't seem particularly worried.

He just chuckled, "I know it's serious, but I believe that being scared won't solve anything, my parents always told me to be more serious about things, but my friend... he told me to never give in to despair, that I could overcome anything if I just stayed positive, I cared about him a lot... he was the first person to ever help me out." He looked down, "He's the most important person to me...." Usagi put a hand on his chest, his hand was trembling so I took it in my own hands.

"Don't worry, you'll see him again, I promise that we will get out of here, and then you can see him." I smiled, "I swear that I will protect you, no matter what!" I gripped his hand a little tighter, I looked him in the eyes and he smiled.

"A-Alright, I trust you..." He smiled and gave me a whole hearted hug, "So... how did you sleep?" Usagi had asked me.

I chuckled a bit awkwardly, "Eh, not the best, I mean the beds are a little uncomfortable, But I'm sure I'll get used to it."

He continued to talk for awhile, I definitely feel like we grew a low closer this day.

Soon enough, the others started to show up, all seeming tired, except for a few.

"Good morning everyone." I said with a slight smile, I was honestly relieved to see that everyone was present, it meant no one had died yet. "How did everyone sleep?" I asked them, hoping that they at least got a better night's sleep than I did.

The twins smiled, "We slept well." Jirou had replied with a bit more of a smug smile. Taichi nodded in agreement.

Everyone else replied with either a groan or a nod.

My stomach had growled so I got up and headed into the kitchen, soon after, Akio walked in as well. "Hey, Kiyoshi?" He had looked at me.

"Yeah Akio?" I replied quickly, giving him a quick glance as I gathered my materials to make some rice with eggs, It wasn't much, but it was what I could make the best.

"Um, do you think I could help you cook breakfast today? Believe it or not, but I actually had to cook for myself a lot, my parents weren't around and I didn't have anyone to cook for me so I quickly learned." He rubbed the back of his neck slightly, call me crazy, but I could swear that I saw a hint of blush on his face.

"O-Of course!" I smiled and continued to prepare as he walked over to me. I could hear Akio chuckle as he looked at what I was preparing. "Huh? Is something funny??" I asked him.

He nodded, "Here, let me improve this just a bit." He stepped to the counter and started to make some gravy, adding cooked beef into it, I hadn't started the eggs yet, so Akio had put them away. Akio had set up 16 bowls and put some rice in each, he then cooked up some vegetables like Mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions, mixed it with the gravy and poured some gravy on top of each bowl of rice, It smelled really good.
