12. The midget and the neighbor

I knocked on her door before I entered the room. She was sitting on her bed wating jello.

She smiled at me "Hey, you're bacj"

"Yup, and I didn't forget Tiff" who popped out behind me "Hi, Kryssie"

"Hey, Tiff"

I sat next to her. She had some jello on her cheek so I wiped it for her "How are you?"

"Tired"

"I was so worried about you when Amber told me what happen" Tiffany said, "Thank God you both are okay"

"Yeah" Krystal nodded and smile as Tiffany pulled her into a hug.

We all turned out heads to the door as we heard the door opened.

"Ms. Jung, the lab result is....." Dr. Kim was holding a flip chart, but didn't finish her sentence as her eyes were glued on Tiffany.

"Doc?"

There was still no response, I got up and called her again "Doc?!"

Still no reaction.

"Doctor Kim!" I tapped her and yelled out her name

"I thought angels doesn't exist" she mumbled

"What?"

She ignored me and walked straight to Tiffany

"Hi" Doctor Kim reached out her hand

"I'm Tiffany Hwang" Tiffany took her hand and shook it.

"Tipp —— Tippany"

Tiffany laughed "You can call me Tiff or Fany"

"P — Pany"

"That's cute" Toff said, showing her eye smile "And you are?"

"Kim Tae — — tae" She was so nervous that she couldn't even say her name

"Tae — Tae?" Awwwwww that's the cutest name I ever heard"

Tiffany is killing Doctor Kim with her eye smile, the doc didn't even correct her.

"Actually her name is Kim Taeyeon, she's the doc" I cut in

"Y — — Yes" The doc saud "Kim Taeyon"

"I loke Tae -Tae better" Tiffany pouted.

"You can call me anything you loke" The doc grinned as scratched her head awkwardly.

What is this? Mating gestures?! I shook my head. I guess you really can't force someone to loke you. I worked my butt out for Tiffany but the only thing the doc had to do was shake her hand and Tiff already showed her aegyo.

"So doc, what about the test results?" I butt in again

"Huhh?"

"THE test?" I pointed to the flip chart in her hand.

"Oh this, yes of course" she was flipping the chart again.

"I'm going to buy something to dribk, okay. I'll be back" Tiffany said and walked outside the door.

I rolled my eyes as I saw the doc watching her with her mouth opened.

"Hey doc" I came to her and whispered "Did you just drool over my neighbors' chest?"

"I didn't! I only drooled over her cute butt"

She said it just it was the most normal thing in the world to drool over someone's butt.

"Well you're not being very secretive about that" I told her

"Why should I? I mean, have you taken a look on those perfect ass, how cute they are" she was having this dreamy look on her face.

"Oh, please, don't destroy the already ruined doctor image in my head" I covered my ear.

What is thus byuntae-of-a-doctor?!

Krystal found it amusing though.

Doctor Kim told us the test result and she was happy with the result. Krystal can be dismissed in 2 days.

I bowed to the doc as she finished. I mean I don't doubt that she's a good doctor, but her byuntae side is unbelievable, she didn't even hide that she was admiring Tiff's butt as she got back to the room.

I walked the byuntae midget doc out of the room.

"Thank you" I told her again.

"It's my job. Hey Amber...."

"Yeah?"

"You said she's your neighbor, Tippany?"

I nodded "Why?" I said

"Oh nothing" but she had this smile on her face as she left.

I just shook my head. She's into something. I can feel it.

And I was so right as the door bell rang that night at dinner after Krystal was dismissed from the hospital.

"Hi" The doc stood at the door; showing her bright teeth.

"Doctor Kim? What are you doing here?!"

"Doing home visit" But her eyes were looking around.

I rolled my eyes "Tiff is here"

"Oh really??"

She was grinning from ear to ear.

"Come in" I said "You know using patienr's data for personal interest is illegal"

"Illegal? I'm doing home visit. There's nothing illegal about that"

"It's illegal if you are doing home visit to take a glimpse of the neighbor's butt"

"Well, just call that my fee for doing the home visit"

"We didn't even ask you to do any." I mumbled under my breath.

And ever since that day the midget doc came to us for dinner. I had to cover Krystal's ears if she started with her byuntae jokes. The baby shouldn't hear those. I don't want him to be a byuntae like this midget.

I secretly like iy because the house us merrier, it feels nice to eat dinner together with more people.

I didn't know it was going to be even merrier.

A lot merrier.
