~Prologue~

"Ahaha! Stopp it I'm serious!" I say laughing hard.

"Say you give up and ill stop" she says to me.

"I give! Haha I givee. You win... again" I say looking up at her smiling.

"I know that, now say I'm the bestest best friend ever!" She says while wrapping her arms around me leaning her head against mine.

"There's no such word as "bestest" cuntie!" I say slapping her arm.

"It is if I say it is! I make my own words now, I am THE dictionary maker" she says proudly.

"The hell you are!" I say laughing.

We both start laughing and then stop. The room got quiet and we face each other staring at one another...

"Soooo you gonna say I'm bestest or what" she says playfully.

"Oh shut up!" I say leaning towards her then kissing her on the lips.

"Woah! Ana.. what was that??" She says shocked.

"Oh sorry, I think I just got in the moment" I say shyly.

"Oh.. well its okay. I mean I never said I didn't like it.." she says looking at me.

Chapter 1

I hear my alarm clock go off for me to wake up and get ready for school.

Ugh I hated that damn clock.. only reason I had it was because my mom just took it upon herself to get me one.. After I get ready brushed my teeth,hair and everything I was ready to go. I yelled at my mom that I was leaving for the bus and shut the door behind me.

"Ayee hey jasmine! How you doing girl? Nice to see you too" I say smiling, while unlocking my locker while I open it I see my friend coming towards me in the corner of my eye "Girll you looking cute todaay wassup where you going?" She said to me leaning against the lockers. You see where we live is typical, if you black is what I'm saying.. we don't get snazzed up unless we going somewhere.. out here is rough. But I do my best to look fly everywhere I go I ain't like these basic chicks out here.

"I ain't going no where but here boo, you know me I like being in style unlike yo tacky ass.." I say closing my locker and walking to my class.

"Mmm you think you bad today eh?" She says to me playful.

"I know I am! Ha ill catch up with you at lunch?" I say.

"Sure thang."

"Iight bye" I say making my way to my art class, just as I sit down the bell rings 'Yes' I say to myself quietly.

"Now class.. blah.. blah.. blah"

I was tuning him out until he said new student.. "We have a new student and her name is Mickey.."

'Mickey? Her name is Mickey? That's cute.. but watch it be some run down chick..' I say to myself and as I do I look up and see her walk beside me sitting in the desk right in the back of me..

She was cute.. really cute had style to her like me.. I liked that. Shit finally someone else who didn't look as raggedy as half of these other hoes.

I turn around and greet her "Hi.. I'm Ana" I smile at her.

"Hi, nice to meet you Ana" she smiles back at me.

Before you know it the bell for passing period rung and I was on my way to my next class when someone tapped my shoulder almost scared me shitless, I was ready to clock a bitch then I turned and realized it was Mickey.. damn she was fine as hell. "Aye you scared me girl! Can't be doing that.. What you want mami? "

"Oh haha I'm sorry I just wanted to know if you would wanna sit together at lunch maybe?" She says politely.

I mean I just met this girl and she wants to sit together? Tf..

"Oh I don't mean to be rude or nothing but I don't know you like that yet.. " I say in the nicest way possible.

"Oh alright I got you, its cool" she says walking off.

I hope she ain't get butthurt or nothing no hard feelings but I can't be just eating with random people I don't know. If so I'd look like a nut.. not that I give a fuck about what people say I just didn't want to eat with someone I don't know. Time to eat!

"Ayee Ana! Come sit ova here!" My friend yells from across the cafeteria. This girl... "You can't be yelling like that! Make it look like you lost your damn mind girl!" I say rudely.  "Sorryy I just wanted to make sure you could hear me just in case you didn't see me" she says while picking up a piece of chicken.

"Oh trust I can see yo fat ass mighty fine.." I mumble. As we eat I see Mickey walk by to go get some food by herself. "Oh looks like there's a new girl" my whole crew says in unison.. "You already know Ana eyeing dat.." Christina says.

"Shut up girl! Ain't nobody minding yo ass I can eye whoever I want, weren't nobody judging you when you was bumping them ankles in the work staff closet" I say smartly.

I see her hide herself as she blushes "Mhm" I say as we finish eating and throw away our food,

As lunch ends we walk out and go our separate ways.

"Man it seems like school lasts all damn day" I say to my friend walking out of the school as we go the busses.

"Ill hit up later?" I say to her as she goes to her bus "Okay bye" she says to me and I make my way to my own bus and sit down in a seat.

I decide to put my headphones in and as I do I see Mickey standing next to my seat, I take my earphone out and ask her to repeat what she said.. "Can I seat with you or is there a problem with you sitting next to new people on the bus?" She sneers.

"No you can sit here and look what I said earlier wasn't meant to be mean... Im just very on the fence" I say, "You live in OxBell too?" She says to me changing the subject. "Yeah I do.. looks like we'll be seeing each other more often" I say winking at her. "Yeah I guess we will" she says blushing.
