Chapter 6 - Did that just happen?

Zack POV

I wonder why Summer told me to talk to Tomika. She seems nervous talking to me.

Zack: H-hi Tom-Tomika.

Tomika: So... I wanted to tell you something.

Zack: I have to tell you something too...

Tomika/Zack: You sang like an Angel!

We both said in sync.

Zack: Really?....

Tomika: Yeah....

Summer POV

After making Zack go near Tomika, I went to the boys.

Freddy: What was that for?

Summer: Oh, Nothing!

Lawrence: Freddy, Tomika and Zack like eachother.

Freddy: Ohhhh.

Tomika POV

I cant speak words!. Is it because of Zack?... I think so...

Tomika: So... Zack.... You sang very good.

Zack: You too. 

I swear I saw Zack blush. But I was red as a tomato!

Zack: S-so... How about we talk later?... At the park?

Tomika: Yeah... sure.... I'd like that. 😊

Zack: Alright... uhh... Talk to you later... buddy!

Tomika: Bye... pal...

After I said that Zack went to the boys, and Summer went near me.

Summer: So?

Tomika: So... What?

Summer: How was it?

Tomika: Oh, it was fun. Thank you. (Sarcasm)

Later...

Zack POV

I told Tomika to meet me at the park, and she isnt here yet.

Tomika: Zack!

Zack: Finally youre here, youre late by 5 minutes.

Tomika: Sorry, I had to avoid Summers questions on where I am headed.

I nod.

I grabbed her hand and took her to the nearest bench.

We talk for a bit. Then in the corner of my eye I saw Summer.

But I forgot about it because I was too focused on what Tomika was saying.

Summer POV

I followed Tomika to the park, then she met up with Zack.

Zack grabbed her hand and dragged her to a bench

I took a picture and saved it on my phone.

Then all of a sudden. Tomika starts crying.

I couldnt hear because I was too far and was hiding behind a tree.

So all I did was record a video

Then Zack cupped her face and...

Tomika POV

He kissed me... I couldnt believe it. But I didnt push him away. I liked it.

Then he pulls away and there I am with tears in my eyes and red as a tomato.

Tomika: Did you just...

Zack: Im sorry!

Tomika: Its ok...

I look down and saw our hands still linked together.

Tomika: Zack... Why, and How are we still holding hands?

Zack: Uhhhhh... LOOK ITS SUMMER!

I quickly look at where he pointed. And he wasnt lying, Summer was there... With here phone up... probably recording us...

Tomika: SUMMER!!!

She quickly hides her phone and runs away.
