Today I woke up with Geo laying on me. He sleeps wild every once and awhile and it's annoying.

"Geo get the fuck off of me," I said slapping him.

He groaned and woke up, "What the fuck do you want?"

"Get off of me."

"Fine. Your hard anyway," he said rolling off of me.

"You would've been hard too if you didn't get off of me."

"So you're choosing me?" He smirked.

"No," I said.

"Well if you're making me hard-" he was saying.

"Shut up Geo," I chuckled.

He hugged me tighter, "Wanna go to the beach today?"

"Yes," I said.

"You have a suit?"

"Yeah and that reminds me, you owe me one."

"Damn it," he chuckled.

"Can we invite Mikey?" I asked.

He gave me a slanted look. "Um okay."

"I want us all to be okay again. Can you guys at least be cordial?"

"I can manage. I'm mature. Do you think he can?"

"He'll have to or he'll lose me," I said. "But we haven't even talked. He probably doesn't even care anymore."

"Call him babe. Talk to him."

I nodded as Geo walked away.

I called Mikey.

"Mikey?" I questioned.

"Yes?"

"D-do you want to go to the beach with me and Geo?"

Mikey pov:

I haven't talked to Cristal since yesterday. Seeing her and Geo kiss was heart breaking. It made me angry. Why would he kiss her? He only did it to make me jealous and that made me even more pissed. But I was mad at her too. She kissed back. And I don't care if it was only for a split second. She wasn't even trying to protect my feelings. She just wanted to drown herself in Geo but as much as that pained me. Hearing her nice, soothing, silky, smooth, awaking, enchanting,- am I running on?- beautiful voice made me come alive.

Yes and see you? I would drive a thousand miles just to go to the beach with you. "Why would I do that?"

"I just thought we should talk. I'm sorry for kissing Geo. Especially doing it in front of you. I was not thinking about your feelings and I should have been."

Apology accepted. I just want to hold you princess. Sorry. Cristal. "Cristal honestly I don't want to hear it."

I heard the tone in her voice change. She was obviously sad. "Mikey please. I never meant to hurt you."

If me getting hurt a bit means I get to spend the rest of my life with you, or even a second, I don't care. "Well you did. And I don't know if I can forgive you for it."

"I ju-" she was saying.

Never let me go. "I have to go." Then I hung up.

I put my phone down on my desk and took a deep breath. Seconds later I was clearing my desk and punching my wall. Why didn't I just say what I was thinking? Why didn't I tell her how I felt? Why am I trying to play hard to get? Why can't she just love me and only me? I hate this.

Geo pov:

"He coming?" I asked.

"Nope."

Of course I didn't want Mikey's ass coming and ruining alone time with Cristal but she was obviously sad and wanted him there so I am determined to get him there.

"I'll go buy your suit now. Be right back," I said.

"Um okay," she said.

I ran out the door and to my car. I got in and sped to Mikey's house.

When I arrived I knocked on the door.
He opened it and I couldn't help but give him a little slap. It wasn't hard. Just a little one.

"What the fuck," he said jumping back.

"You should really learn how to put your guards up. I always catch you at your door."

"What do you want Geo?" He asked.

"I want you to come to the beach with us."

He looked behind me to my car looking for Cristal.

"She isn't here. She doesn't know I'm here."

"Why the fuck wou-"

"Mikey honestly, shut up. You know you want to see her. To be there. I know it and you're making her believe that you don't. That's not the way to win her over. To make her feel like you don't care? That's your tactic?"

"Geo, you kissed her," I heard his voice increase with anger. "And at the last second, she kissed back," his voice got a little hurt hint to it. "And after that I'm supposed to run to her?"

"Yes, because you love her. You need to prove it to her that she needs to be with you," I said. I'm going to regret this shit so bad.

He just looked at me. He was thinking about it and I couldn't tell what he was going to do.

"Look Mikey, she's going through some shit. Her family being gone, school's starting back up, fucking Brandon's ass just popped the fuck outta nowhere, and now you are slipping away. She clearly doesn't have a lot of people in her life that truly care about her and keeps up with her. Does she really need one of the few people who do slipping away like that?"

He seemed to be stuck on the whole Brandon part.

"Did you say Brandon? Isn't that her ex?" He questioned.

"Yeah, like 30 damn times," I said annoyingly. I was definitely annoyed by his ass.

"Geo if you think about it, Cristal is never going to pick us. Nothings ever enough for her. I heard Brandon flew her parents out and she still rejected him. W-why did they even break up in the first place? They were like.. perfect."

"On the outside but on the inside, it was hell. For everyone who know the truth, of course me as her best friend, that shit was a absolute, tragic ass mess."

"What do you mean?"

"Lying, bets, secrets, hitting, drin-" I was going on.

"Wait; wait; wait, did you just say hitting? He fucking hit her?!"

"Well he was going to but I stopped it. He was upset because she was talking to some guy at a party and he grabbed her really aggressively. He took her outside and I knew by then Brandon and liquor do not mix so I followed them and I saw his arm swing back. I grabbed his hand, pushed him to the floor and then grabbed Cristal and left."

"Woah," he said.

"Yeah. And she just kept screaming and crying about how she deserved it. Cristal was a different person back then," I said.

"Really? She seems the same to me."

"Well you guys weren't really talking that much anymore. You guys weren't close."

He looked down, "Yeah. I-I guess."

"But that's enough of that. Are you coming to the beach or no?"

A smile slipped onto his face, "Yeah. Let me just get my things."

I nodded and waited for him. I guess we're rolling together. He came back out. We went to get her the swimsuit and then we went to her house.
