Mikey pov:

"Mikey I-"

"Cristal please just come upstairs."

"Why? What's upstairs?" She asked.

"Please?" I squeezed her hands.

She didn't say anything she just stood up and I lead her upstairs. I heard something as we walked but I ignored it.

I stopped at her door and turned towards her. I got on one knee and looked at her covered stomach.

"So when will we find out if we're having a prince or a princess?" I asked.

"We're?" She questioned at the same time I heard Geo's voice ask the same thing.

"I'm going to be here for you and this baby," I said. I lifted her shirt and kissed her belly.

She giggled, "That tickles. I looked it up. It said 16 to 20 weeks."

"And how many months is that?" Me and Geo both ask.

"Hmm.. about 3," she said.

"I love you Cristal," I said looking up at her. "And I love our baby," I kissed her stomach again earning a full laugh.

But then Geo yanked her away, "Have you forgotten that this is my baby?"

I yanked her back to me, "I'll love this baby like my own."

"Mikey-" Geo was saying.

"Mikey what's in my room?" Cristal asked.

"Oh," I said getting up. "Let's just see." I opened the door reveling her room.

"What is all this stuff?" She asked walking in. Me and Geo trailed behind her. 

I ran in front of her. "Do you remember when we reminisced in old baby shows and you said you loved Curious George and it was one of the most underrated kid shows?"

She nodded reluctantly.

I reached in a far bag and grabbed three things.

"These are monkey onesies. I couldn't find Curious George specifically. This one's for the baby. This one's for you before and after pregnancy and this one is for during."

She squealed and ran over to me, "Oh my God Mikey, it's sooo cute." She gave me a hug and I held her tight. I closed my eyes trying to take in every moment of this hug. She pulled away and I felt empty. 

"And over there are lots and lots of diapers. I know it's not much compared to how many you'll use but it's a start," I smiled.

"Thanks Mikey."

"You're welcome. That's about a whole row of 5 stores."

"Ouu and I got you a breast pump. I don't know if you are breastfeeding but if you are I heard this helps a lot. I tried to research what it does but it didn't seem right."

"You put it on your breast like this," she said demonstrating. "And it does all the work for you."

"Does it hurt? It looks like it hurts. Does it?" I asked.

"It shouldn't," she replied.

I nodded. She turned to Geo and gave the breast pump to him. He took it and kinda looked at it like it was some weird contraption.

"I just wish you got-"

"Breast pad bag over here," I said.

"No! You didn't Mikey!" 

"I did. I got a lot too."

"These are so hard to find. I looked everywhere," she said.

"The hell are breast pads?" Geo asked.

"It's for when the milk leaks. You put these in your bra and it keeps you pretty dry," I told him. He hasn't been doing his research and by the look of Cristal's face she doesn't seem too excited about that.

"Thank you Mikey. I'm so happy. This was so sweet. I feel much better and prepared for this pregnancy now."

"No problem. You are going to be a great mother," I said. I grabbed her and hugged her tight. We hugged for what felt like hours but was probably about 3 seconds. When we pulled apart I looked in her eyes and kissed her. She didn't even wait a second to pull away and her excuse was: "Ouu look at the monkey blankets."

"Geo look. Isn't this so cute?" She asked him. He joined her on looking through the bags.

"C look at these monkey socks. They are adorable," he smiled. Her face lit up. She grabbed them then hugged Geo. That should be my hug. That should be my baby.
