Aquarius was doing what he always did on days like this. He was studying. It was absolutely pouring outside, and he did not want to get up. Half a week had passed since the 'Fall-Out-Boy-Fire," as they called it, and today had been a half-day, so he'd gotten home early.
And he'd been working on his English project, while FaceTiming Scorpio."I dunno, man, I don't think she likes me like that," Aquarius sighed.
Scorpio just shook his head. "Maybe she does and doesn't realize it yet. You're a nice guy. And if she doesn't like you, then that's okay. You'll find someone different."
"You're right. How's the Pie situation?" Aquarius asked, taking a couple more notes down.
"Ha. Guy falls for step-sisters best friend, only to be continuously rejected." Scorpio sat back in his chair and sighed.
"Why do you keep trying anyways?" Aquarius asked.
"She's the most amazing person I've ever met," Scorpio smiled weakly.
"Gee, thanks," Aquarius dramatically sighed. "Isn't that what you said to me last week when I helped you in Math?"
Scorpio face-palmed so hard that he hissed in pain. Aquarius was laughing so hard he started crying.

"No. My parents are on a trip all weekend. I didn't order anything. Gabby would tell me if she invited someone. It's pouring rain. This is weird." Aquarius heard the doorbell this time.
"I'm checking it out. You're my witness," Aquarius decided, picking up his phone and cautiously walking to the door from the living room.
Aquarius opened the door a crack and saw a soaking wet Libra on the porch. Her makeup was smudged all over her face. Her hair was messily matter down beneath a yellow hood.
"Can I come in?" She asked breathlessly.
"Scorp, imma have to call you back." Aquarius hung up the call and opened the door. "Yeah, sure."
